This superb annex rests in County Kerry, Ireland and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Blue Annex is a charming annexe property attached to the owner's property on the outskirts of Tralee in County Kerry, Ireland. There are two bedrooms including a ground-floor truckle and a king-size with an extra day bed, also boasting its own en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, making the property ideal to sleep up to four people. The interior also holds a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside you will be greeted by a large lawned area to the front with ample off-road parking, and to the back is a patio with furniture. Blue Annex is a wondrous dwelling for a small family to enjoy the delights of this area of Ireland.

Amenities: Oil central heating and woodburning stove. Gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV, WiFi and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available upon request. Ample off-road parking. Front lawned garden and patio to the rear with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4.7 miles, pub 1.1 miles Note: The property is close to the beautiful Fenit Greenway.
