The original owners, Mr. & Mrs. Johnson, were a powerhouse couple who significantly contributed to Hollister's development, including the construction of Downing Street and the introduction of the Iron Mountain railway. Their love for literature inspired the naming of this 1-story, 1-bedroom, 1-bath home and its surrounding land.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a hand-laid stone fireplace, the centerpiece of the cottage-themed interior that pays homage to the making of Hollister and the building of the railroad. The chef-style open kitchen will not disappoint. The exterior of the property continues the uniqueness with hand-laid local rock retaining walls that line the patio nestled in the hillside.
