Our home is a spacious, family-friendly retreat featuring four bedrooms, two living rooms, and three bathrooms, providing plenty of room for large guest groups. Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi, enjoy entertainment on a smart TV in the living room, or relax in the master bedroom with its own smart TV and private bathroom. While we offer the ease of self-check-in, we’re always just minutes away to assist if needed.

Perfect for large to medium-sized groups, our home offers a tranquil environment in a quiet neighborhood. The large backyard is ideal for relaxation, making it a calm, comfortable, and convenient getaway.

The bedrooms include a king bed in the master suite, another king bed in Bedroom 3, queen beds in Bedrooms 2 and 4, and a queen pull-out sofa bed in one of the living rooms. We also provide a Pack 'n Play for your little ones.

Step outside to enjoy the expansive yard equipped with a firepit, patio furniture, and a charcoal grill—perfect for cooking and unwinding as you soak up the serene atmosphere.

Inside, you’ll find two comfortable living rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs for entertainment. The game room is a favorite, featuring arcade games, a wall-mounted game, magnetic tic-tac-toe, a basketball hoop, and a variety of board games to keep everyone entertained.

The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware, and utensils, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Enjoy meals together in the dining area or on the outdoor patio.

We prioritize cleanliness to ensure every guest enjoys a pristine space. Between stays, we mop floors, vacuum carpets, scrub kitchen and bathroom surfaces, replace shower liners, and sanitize all bedding, sheets, and towels. Everything is meticulously prepared to welcome you.

Additional amenities include premium 100% cotton linens, plush bath towels, a washer and dryer, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, air conditioning, and heating. Parking is a breeze with access to a double garage.

Cancellation policy:
We offer free cancellation or 100% refund amount of payable if you cancel 30 days before check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

Additional rules

1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.

2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.

3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved

4. Follow state laws when using fire pit

5. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.

6. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.

7. For noise complaints

7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
7.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

8. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.

Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes and put on drying rack.

Note:

* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the carpet). All damages will also be charged to guest.

* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200.

*Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
