A large family friendly home for you to spend joyful and relaxing holidays with your family.
Consists of 5 queen size bedrooms 2 bathrooms in a quiet street of Baldivis just few minutes off Kwinana freeway, shopping center and eateries.
35 minutes to Perth city Centre, this home will suit people relocating to Perth, holiday makers and those requiring a quiet getaway.
Good queen size bedrooms, large outdoor area, WIFI, TV, family and dining area with fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, including tea, coffee, sugar, milk cart and oil.
Internal laundry with washing machine.
Hairdryer, shampoo and body wash.
Reverse-cycle Air conditioner, Evaporative cooling throughout, extra 3 heaters for your cozy comfort, fully equipped with hotel style clean linen & towels.
The Space:
The house consists of 5 bedrooms with queen-size beds and is fully set up for 10+ people to enjoy the holiday stay.
A baby cot for small babies to relax and sleep in master suite.
The 2nd bedroom can fit an extra queen/king size portable bed to fit large family comfortably.
Extra linen/quilts for your cozy comfort.
Study room for your work/study.
Large living area to watch TV/enjoy chitchat with your family.
Great home all to your family.
Back play area for kids and a family to enjoy BBQ outdoor.

This home suited our need for a lovely few days away with friends

The good points - large house, beds comfortable, kitchen reasonably well equipped so you could cook a meal.
The bad points -
Front door will not close properly unless locked.
In 2 bedrooms screens are ripped.
Aircon in lounge cannot cover all bedrooms, so master bed was very hot.
Outside sliding doors needed new rollers. Very hard to open/close
No BBQ
Place was dirty. Shelves in oven/griller had not been cleaned. Ensuite bathroom filled with mould in grout.
Paint splashed around everywhere – even on chairs in dining room. Very poor.
TV not connected to aerial. Only way to get local channels is to sign into to their internet service.
Asked for a cot – bassinet provided. Too small for 9month old. Had to buy a porta cot. We asked so we did not have to bring porta cot and ended up buying another! Found a cot in garage – not assembled, could not find screws, mattress was dirty.
