THE HOUSE:
Welcome to Seaside Stargazer, a completely refreshed Dome home in North Topsail, NC. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the scent of the ocean, the sounds of the waves, and the sight of incredible architecture and bespoke stained glass windows! It’s your very own private 6-bedroom home with plenty of space for 14 people - and even 8 cars. Starting with the private beach, up to the 4th story indoor crow’s nest with its own hammocks, out to a spacious deck and a private Master balcony, this is what makes for unforgettable sunsets and sunrises inside and out. Seaside Stargazer transforms an ordinary beach vacation into a truly unforgettable experience.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area enables the entire group to appreciate this space together, but this house also has enough nooks and crannies to give everyone their own special spot!
Snuggle into one of the living room window seats with a cup of coffee in the morning, or bring a glass of wine out to an Adirondack chair on the deck at sunset. Look out over the open living area and the ocean beyond from the loft above while enjoying the state-of-the-art Infinity games table or settling in for a movie. Relax on the lower level deck in the Viking Hot Tub and listen to the waves crash.

Fly into Jacksonville (OAJ) Airport and take a 45 minute drive to North Topsail. Or, fly into Wilmington Airport, just an hour drive away and enjoy the scenic ride along the coastline. With either airport, you can rent a car, take an uber, or order a car service.
GUEST ACCESS:
The long driveway allows for plenty of car parking space. You can fit at least 8 vehicles in the driveway, as our guests are the only ones that have access to it.

Seaside Stargazer is complete with refreshed interiors including new painted walls, new floors, new mattresses, and new linens and towels. The kitchen and pantry are fully stocked. Bathroom necessities, toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper are supplied to get you started. Our Kitchen “pay-it-forward” policy here is a big hit.

We bought this house because we feel like we have a private beach. There is an empty lot to our left, and our right neighbors have such a large home, they had to build further back. This was the perfect house for our extended family--areas for smaller groups to congregate and for the entire family to gather. The well-stocked kitchen made food preparation very convenient. There were so many great touches (presence of beach chairs and supplies, charging stations within arm's reach all over the place, helpful labels and notes, games and other activities...the list goes on) and the location was amazing. Communication with the owners and with the local manager was all fabulous and friendly. Would 100% recommend this property.

Amazing in all aspects. On the beach, great deck to sit and listen to the waves, fully stocked with all you need, house is the best VRBO ever stayed in. Layout of rooms is ideal for large groups to be together yet space out. Can't recommend the property enough! Can't wait to go back.

Our family of 8 adults and four kids( under 6) settled in nicely! We had comfortable sleeping arrangements and enough bathrooms for each part of the family. The kitchen was very well stocked! There were two different “living areas” which worked very well with the kids. They were upstairs but we could hear and see them. We really appreciated all of the beach equipment- chairs, boogie boards, a plastic pool etc. Our only challenge was catching the door out to the deck as the strong ocean winds caught it and swung it open. The chairs on the deck were great as was the picnic table. All in all, it was one of our favorite houses and we hope to return!!

Property was honestly amazing. They had everything we needed! Kids easily went back and forth from the house down to the beach. Showers made it easy to clean up! The had tons of beach chairs and towels. Our kids LOVED the hammocks!! It was the perfect place for them to relax after being in the sun! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinners for our large group! The washer and dryer worked great and it was so nice to be able to wash towels and clothes when needed. Parking was another huge plus! Thank you for our wonderful stay!! We already want to come back next year :)

This house is everything advertised and more. The owner and property manager were communicative and extremely kind. The location could not have been better, and the tiki bar only a block away was a huge hit. Will definitely book again in the future.

My husband and I met our two adult children at the house for a weekend getaway. The view from the house of the ocean and beach was amazing! The hot tub was clean and a big hit with all of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We played the Xfinity gaming table upstairs- Yahtzee and Battleship. Fun times!

Our family of 11 celebrated Christmas and it was over amazing! The windows in family room made it feel like we were sitting on the beach but on comfortable furniture. The
hot tub which was always ready downstairs was so relaxing and convenient to bedrooms. The grandkids fell in love with the gaming system on the third floor and the view from the top floor with hammocks was over the top It definitely was a paradise stay with the best ocean views and citing of many dolphins!

We had an amazing time staying in the seaside stargazer! Of all the Vrbo stays we have done , this is our favorite. The uniqueness of the house is unbeatable at Topsail. We are so amazed with the design. Communication with the owner, Beats, and the home clean/service by Christine was very much appreciated.
We always do a lot of cooking while at the beach. It was wonderful to stay somewhere with such a nicely stocked kitchen. Best we have seen.

This was a great place to stay. There is lots of seating and space that we all felt comfortable and relaxed. The deck has plenty of seating and great views. The kitchen is well stocked. It was my father-in-laws birthday and they had everything I needed to make a cake. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was AMAZING. The views from the house were incredible. The house looked exactly like the listing photos, and was large enough to accommodate our group, we only had 5 adults but there was plenty of space for people to spread out and do their own thing if they wanted to. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen which was very well stocked! We lucked out with the weather, high 70's so we could spend time in the water and on the beach.

Perfect house directly on the beach for a family vacation! Can't beat the fact of walking down the dock to the sand, coming back to your own hot tub, and relaxing listening to the waves every night. Recommend for a beach-front getaway!

The location was Amazing. We had 2 survivors of the Bombing. Hence the service dogs. I had my cousin from Wilmington come in to do most of our cooking. Our son another Marine came in from Texas. A group came in Sunday morning to visit and loved the house so much, got the information. Weather was perfect in the low 70. Only problem we had was no charcoal for the grill for Saturday steak night, so used the broiler.

We held our annual business planning retreat. The home was the perfect setting and had everything we needed to spread out and do business as well as gather together as friends. We absolutely loved this house, so much that we hardly ever left.

We had a great week at the Seaside Stargazer! We are from Atlanta, and our extended family from Philly joined us. This location is in the middle of us geographically, so that is why we always pick spots in this area. We usually go to Emerald Isle, but decided to try N Topsail this year for a change. We loved the unique architecture of this house. The location right on the beach is fabulous! We spent most of our days on the beach, but loved the covered deck and hot tub on the cooler evenings. The 2 window seats in the living room were also a favorite lounge spot to read or take a nap. All ages really enjoyed the cool game table upstairs (Yahtzee was our favorite!) The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed - even extra beach chairs. We didn't encounter any problems during our stay.

The house was exactly as pictured, it was amazing waking up to the ocean each morning, the house was stocked full of games for the kids, plenty of room and lots of places to relax both inside and outside of the house. Really enjoyed their system of leaving items for the next guest, that results in a well stocked house of spices and basics, we left item also so its nice things don't go to waste here. We had great experience here and made lots of memories.

Seaside Stargazer is an adorable property. Our group had 10 adults and we had plenty of room for everyone. The property was clean and well stocked. The views and direct beach access are great. We definitely recommend this property.

Everything was just as it was pictured online! The home was very clean and there were plenty of supplies. The views were stunning and there was plenty of room for the 10 adults and 2 children for our family reunion. The design of this home is brilliant with all but one bedroom having ocean views! The response times were spot on and our family will definitely be back! Thank you😊

You have to book the seaside stargazer ! When searching for a vacation stay , when I came across the listing I KNEW I had to book. When we arrived it was everything and more than we expected . There’s truly no other vacation home like this . The views were one of a kind! The beach is so private , which we loved . It was our first time visiting topsail beach and it is by far the best! The home had everything we needed . The pantry was stocked ! Plenty of rooms and beds for a large group . Our favorite part was the hot tub, it was very large. We even had our own access to the beach . The host was amazing and available anytime I had questions . I would definitely book here every year . It’s worth every single penny !

Loved the property that is right on the beach, it was certainly built different, and can hold a large group of 10+. House was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Love the pay it forward kitchen. The host was very accommodating and was very easy to work with. Highly recommend..

This house was such a blessing to my family and I. It was clean and the house is stunning. The view of this house is incredible! Loved the fact that most of the bedrooms except 2 have king beds. The kitchen and bathrooms were mostly stocked with everything you need. We would love to stay at this house again

We had a fabulous stay on the beach at the Seaside Stargazer. The house is very unique with its dome shape. Everything in the house was exactly as listed. Plenty of room to spread out. The house also has a lot of perks - spices, condiments, paper products, soaps, shampoos, linens, coffee. They go above and beyond most VRBOs. It made for a very relaxing and easy stay. We also liked that it was pet friendly and our dog was able to come along. The deck is perfect as it has multiple gates so your fur babies won't wander off if they want to go soak in some sun on the deck. Highly recommend!

We loved the location on the beach, which we often had to ourselves in the mornings and evenings (mid-week stay in April), and when not on the beach we had great views of the ocean from the deck and hot tub and throughout the house.
Very relaxing break for our family - the house had plenty of room for both quiet retreats and togetherness. The game area upstairs by the balcony allowed the kids to play (love the electronic game board!) while adults lounged in the window seats with an amazing view.
Everything was very thoughtfully provided, the beds were really comfortable, soaps provided throughout the house, the kitchen pretty well outfitted, pans in good condition - all these little things were really appreciated. House manager Christine was great at reaching out and communicating. Would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was exactly as advertised. It was our first time visiting Topsail, and we would definitely choose to stay in this area again. An easy drive to shopping and grocery with a small Tikki Hut/convenience store within walking distance. The house was clean and had plenty of space to hang out. The infinity game table was a huge hit! All of the amenities we could have wanted were provided. Everyone agreed that the beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept on at a rental home. Would absolutely recommend!

I really don’t like reviewing this home because it is such a gem with breathtaking oceanfront views. I loved everything about this house and it was exactly the type of getaway I’ve needed after years of world sociopolitical issues, the pandemic, and personal life stressors. I would love to salute the architectural design team as this home is so unique and thoughtfully constructed, and the management crew does an excellent job of maintaining it.
