The kitchen has plenty of granite countertops with subway tile backsplash behind the range and oven, and cabinets stocked with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals or just snacks and coffee. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a 5-burner glass top range with a convection oven, a countertop microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. The granite-top island has cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side and two upholstered high-boy bar seats on the dining area side. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six. This flows into the living area which has a leather sleeper sofa with matching loveseat, accent tables and lamps, and two overstuffed chairs with a cocktail table in between. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Off both the living and dining areas are sliding glass doors providing access out to a covered and screened-in deck that is well-furnished, boasting a table seating six, ceiling fans, and other cozy seating areas, making it the perfect place to enjoy the ever-changing sunsets and your favorite beverage. The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, an end-of-bed bench, a 5-drawer chest, a desk with chair and mirror, and another chest with a flat-screen TV. There is a large walk-in closet, and there are sliding glass doors leading out to an open deck furnished with two chairs and a cocktail table. This deck has a gas grill and overlooks the tropically landscaped backyard below. The bathroom has a single-piece vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a glass door and glass wall. Just outside the entrance to this unit off the carport area are two sets of chairs with cocktail tables, a gas grill, and a convenient outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach.
