As you pull up to this Desert Home you will be drawn in by the private gated drive and luxury home that is beaming with curb appeal. Featuring over 4000 sq ft of living space which makes it a great place for large groups looking to gather and enjoy Arizona. Fully stocked kitchen with Viking appliances and granite counters that opens up the main living area. Main living area has large sectional for movie night or to watch the big game as well as a large dining table to gather around. The room is brought together with a custom Arizona mural by renowned artist Leila Parnian. Don't forgot to get your photo on the chopper before you leave.
Home can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests with as many as 11 beds available. Four very large bedrooms with multiple sleeping options in each. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath which makes this a unique option to others. Master has two King sized beds and luxurious master bath. Upstairs bedroom features game room and private deck with views of Four Peaks Mountain. Patio area wraps around the entire back of house and frames up the 9th hole at Desert Canyon as well as spectacular sunrise views. With multiple seating areas, outdoor dining and pool you won't want to go back inside.

Quiet Fountain Hills neighborhood close to restaurants, golf, and basic amenities. Scottsdale is close by if your looking for shopping and nightlife. There is many options in the fountain hills area for golf, hiking, and mountain biking. Don't forget to make a trip to Fountain Park and see the worlds largest fountain that runs on the hour.
Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance.

(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. Very poor communication and ability to contact someone. No phone number was given, and only way to contact rental company was through text which they did not respond to. I wrote 3 emails over 3 days about check in when I finally received an answer no address given until previous checked out which makes sense, but shouldn't have taken 3 days for a response.
The only reason we rented the home was because it had a hot tub and we were five 50-60 year olds golfing. When we arrived we found that the fridge didn't work, but there was a spare in garage. We were shocked to find the hot tub did not work and was drained. Day 1 we were told a pool tech would come out to fix, and one never showed. Day 2 I texted and emailed again for an update, but surprisingly that was the last time either the owner or rental mgmt company ever responded. Had we been told no hot tub we could have got a refund and rented a different place.
Red flags here everywhere. An owner and rental mgmt company that does not respond to issues is a problem. I would not rent this home.
