Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.
It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.
Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.
The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.
The most famous local event is the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.
Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.
The lodging is a half-hour walk from Santa Lucia train station and less than 50 minutes by transport from Venice Marco Polo airport.

Clean and great location. Air conditioning is limited to bedrooms and dining room. There is no living room so it felt a bit cramped but plenty of sleeping arrangements.

Great location for Venice.

Be ready to walk up 81 steps. Suggest to travel lightly. Overall a good stay.

Me, my spouse, and three kids stayed the night here. Checking in online was not easy. Should add in the instructions that they will send code at check in. Possibly inform people so they know to find wifi. Finding the place with the instructions sent were easy. Pretty much found it right from the water taxi. Got inside and found some smalled balled up hair in couple of the beds. All the windows were cracked throughout the penhouse so it was a little chilly right from when we get in. Some water in the windows because it was raining. The pictures did not match the place. Whole family went to bed 2300 and outside was still pretty loud outside but thats just the location. Woke up at 0800 and it was freezing in the whole place. Looked at the thermostat and said it was set at 20.5C and the temperature was 14C. And i couldnt feel any heaters on in the place.

To start with the positives: the location of the rental is excellent and the apartment is spacious with plenty of sleeping quarters. Unfortunately, the initial reaction though is disappointment because the photos are much nicer than reality. They really should be updated (and less edited). Almost every room needs cleaning/painting, some of the furniture (dining tables) have been replaced, and all of the decorative items (rugs, throw pillows, blankets, plants, etc.) have been removed. Finally the apartment is quite dark and just feels a bit run down. If you plan to be out in the city for most of your stay, it is sufficient, but if you plan to spend time at the apartment, I would look elsewhere.

Very nice pent house with great views of Venice!

Although the walk up to the apartment is a bit of a hike it was well worth it. A short walk from St. Mark's and everything that Venice has to offer. Location was perfect in the center of everything, apartment was clean and well-appointed and check in process and property manager made the process seamless. And the air conditioning was key! Great stay.

Overall the stay was good, but details matter and simple conveniences allow for a much smoother, relaxing stay. For example, the listing states parking is available but doesn’t describe the necessity in utilizing the water bus to get there. Once this was made clear, as well as the understanding that you’d be lugging your luggage with you (no direct drop off in front of the building) it was easier to navigate the process with older family members and children in tow. Also, there were insufficient supplies on hand and lack of check out instructions. Be prepared to shop for simple things like bathroom tissue.

Nice place very close to Rialto Bridge. Super busy but where in central Venice isn't? Believe it when it says there are 5 floors to the penthouse. Great view once you are there.
The keypad entry was excellent for our 3 couples to come and go. The bathrooms were great. Two bedrooms were wonderful. The third bedroom is a kids room with single beds that don't push together. I don't think pictures really showed that. Kitchen was a usable but minimal and the clothes washer worked well. Even though we were on the 5th floor mosquitoes were getting us. Screens would be nice but I know that is not too common. Overall a good experience.

pulizia ok , Wifi ok , ubicazione ok , assistenza via WhatsApp ok
Non ci hanno detto che non avevano le coperte...senza spugna e liquido lavapiatti, senza stracci per asciugare in cucina , in pavimento snivelato faceva credere che l'armadietto cadeva in qualsiasi momento,

Great location to local attractions and eateries.
A few maintenance issues in the property were disappointing
