We had a great stay at the house. Everything was great!!

House was awesome, host was non existing...couldn't get key pad to work and couldn't get InTouch with host. was locked outside for over an hour at 9:00 at night trying to get into house. Did talk to owner on Sunday on our way home. Still feel like i should get a $150 host fee returned because we did NOT have a host.... had to take care of things on our own. Calling locksmith, trying to get into the house, etc...BUT, the house and location was great. Could also use a little more communication about amenities. Coffee maker is not same as Keurig...need pods for this and not everyone wants flavored coffee...had to go to store at before bed to get coffee for morning...Just a thought.

Everything was beautiful, my only concern..we had six people staying here, but only 3 wash clothes! I contacted Morgan, she told me she was going to get ahold of the cleaning people and get back with…SHE NEVER DID!! Everything else was PERFECT!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house for our very special occasion…memories were made!! ❤️

This house is new, clean and perfect for a family gathering. Host was very accommodating as we had people arriving early and they gave us early access. Great stay.

We had a great stay - nice location with easy access to shops and restaurants; new build; quiet neighborhood; and clean, beautifully decorated interior. The only recommendation we would give is to provide more towels as well as more basics in the kitchen (ie., cutting boards, scissors, colander, serving platters and Tupperware). Thank you for everything ! We will be back.

This is a beautiful home. One thing we were there for almost a week and it got very dusty. We had no way to sweep or mop the floor, unless we were to purchase a broom and mop which we didn’t really want to do. Would like to have seen a few more towels and toilet paper (there were like 2or 3 rolls per bathroom) since we were there for an extended period. I also didn’t realize that for cooking there was minimal spices and oil to cook with, and I did not realize we had to bring our own. Otherwise, this was a great property and we had a great time there. We did call about the icemaker, not working properly and needing a filter replaced and that never did happen, although when the microwave quit working, they did send out an electrician the next morning very prompt for that. And lastly, I was going to unpack my clothes into the drawers in the bedroom, but they were very dusty. I don’t know that they had been wiped out.

This was our second stay at this house and it was just as pleasant as our first visit. The house was cozy and quiet, as was the neighborhood. The house is clean and feels like home! We had one small hiccup when the front door keypad wouldn’t work. But we immediately called the property manager and left a message. Within 5 minutes, the manager arrived and fixed our issue. We would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home in convenient location. Loved the outdoor area and spent a lot of time out there enjoying the fireplace and TV. We loved that everything was nicely decorated and was very new. Communication with host was awesome, prompt and helpful!!! The layout was great for our group.
As a rental it would be extremely helpful to have more dishes, silverware, bakeware, Tupperware, kitchen towels, bath towels and a toaster. You might also consider grab bars in the guest bathtub.

To preface, I too have rental properties and there is one cardinal rule: SOMEONE needs to ALWAYS be reachable. The electronic lock failed and locked us out of the house when it was FREEZING early in the morning. We frantically called and texted the number we were given if we had any issues, but only got voicemail. So we had to wait in the super cold weather for over an hour and pay a locksmith to let us in. We had a long drive to New Mexico, so to say this was an inconvenience is the understatement of the year.
I can forgive quite a bit, so once we were FINALLY contacted, two hours after I'd originally tried, there was absolutely zero contrition. No apologies whatsoever - not even a "sorry for your inconvenience."
The house is lovely, but beware the managers. I will never stay here again.
