The property is a ground floor flat and is part of a converted Victorian villa. The flat is directly across the road from the East Bay Beach and has a spectacular panoramic outlook of the bay, the Bass Rock, Craigleith and over to Fife. This comfortable flat is ideal for all types of holidaymaker and is very centrally situated for an attractive range of shops, golf courses, leisure amenities and the local library. Sleeps five. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Perfect for families, couples and golfers.

The flat is well equipped with lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, full gas central heating, garden with drying facilities and sitting out area and additional front garden.

Accommodation is available for up to 5 people in one double bedroom and a second bedroom with single bed and if needed a very high quality z-bed. Black out curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep. There is also a travel cot if required. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and toilet.

The flat is well-equipped and includes washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, Neff double oven and hob, TV, digital docking station and wi-fi.

Private off-street parking now available.

Bed linen, towels and fuel costs are included in the weekly rent.

The property was very comfortable, and everything worked. The fan in the bathroom was a little alarming as it was very loud but efficient. I had a wheelie walker and found it was best to exit the house backwards when leaving. Another safety rail on the wall opposite the step in the shower would have been helpful but not essential. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Everything was good. 2 bedrooms to sleep 4 comfortably. Big livimg area and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the shore and easy walking distance to dining, pubs and shopping. I would stay there again.
