We made a last-minute trip to St. Augustine before the kids returned to school, and this house and location were perfect. There was plenty of space for all six of us to spread out comfortably. The dining room and porches were our favorite spots. The historic district, where we spent most of our time, was just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a great experience staying at this property. The marsh view is what sold us on this location versus other rentals. We saw owls, herons, egrets, osprey, and so much more every day we were there. The location is convenient to the historic district and easier to bike there than drive due to traffic and lack of parking. We rented bikes from Anastasia Bicycle Rental and Tom was great - he delivered the bikes to us the same day we called and provided baskets, locks, night lights, etc. Highly recommend using his services. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at Columbia Restaurant - the service, food, and overall experience were a pleasant surprise. We cooked the rest of our dinners at the rental and the kitchen has all the basic essentials. The rental was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed having coffee and breakfast every morning on the porch overlooking the marsh and tidal creek. This is a hidden gem. Don't sleep on it!

Loved being right on the marsh, the house had an “old Florida” feel, which was charming. We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t spend much time at the house during the day, but the grandchildren had fun exploring in the yard.
The kitchen was good, we did prepare evening meals, the kitchen could have more silverware, and other cook ware staples.
Over all it was a very good experience, we are looking to book again!!!

We stayed at the house during our visit to St. Augustine for our mom's 75th birthday. We loved being able to have big family meals together before/after our outings. It was such a special weekend together with our family at the house

We looked for a home that would create the ambiance of adventure for our grandkids and it did not disappoint. The location was on a tidal area that was absolutely beautiful at sunrise. The wildlife was spectacular to watch throughout the day. The property was well supplied and the extra details were very much appreciated.
