This beautiful home far exceeded our expectations. The communication before and during was A+. It was bright and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to comfortably cook for 15 people. The bedrooms are huge, king suites with large bathrooms. The bunk rooms are full size beds. TV’s in every room and the kids loved the arcade games. If anyone is “uncomfortable” in this home they have a problem 😂. The pool area was wonderful after coming back from the beach. Lots of amenities nearby (grocery, restaurants, etc.) The golf cart was amazing for shuttling everyone back and forth to the beach. Don’t hesitate to book, I promise you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back.

The communication when it come to this property from start to finish was outstanding. Very quick to respond. What you see with the pictures is exactly what you get. The pool and the jacuzzi was worth paying extra for the heat. The location was the best. The beds were firm and comfortable, enough kitchen supplies to accommodate a fully house, the grill works beautifully. My favorite part was the screened in porch. I’m definitely coming back. Walking distance to the beach as well. You would not be disappointed…. Everything was beautiful for me and my BSP Family…. We’ll be back

My family and I had a wonderful stay during 4th of July week. Communication was wonderful. Any concerns we had were taken care of quickly. Miramar Beach is also close to great restaurants and shopping.

Large family gathering of 17. House was perfect. Everyone had their own space while enjoying the community of being together in one house. The property was clean and well maintained and had convenient access to the beach with the use of the golf cart but also within walking distance.

Pool area was great,with the screened porch providing a nice "in between" space while drying off The house was very nice and suitable for family casual living. But, it was difficult for some in party to manage getting around between the three floors, even families with toddlers. The on site high chair and baby gate was definitely a plus.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans for cooking. It would have been nice to have the bathroom linens already distributed to all the bathrooms so we didn't have to carry towels between floors for the initial setup. .Unlike the site photo showing undeveloped land adjacent to the house,it is definitely completely built out all around the property. We had an issue with noisy neighbors next door after midnight one night. Had to finally complain to local authorities. Parking was somewhat limited considering how large the house was and how many families would be staying there.

This home is absolutely beautiful and much better in person! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family of 18 staying for the week. This home will remain on our list of homes to come back to.

We loved the idea that it could accommodate us so well. Each couple was able to have their own bedroom and bath. Actually the big pool and hot tub was what sold us on this rental. We did have some issues with the hot tub as far as the jets and heating which property manager got back with us after a few days. There seems to be some confusion with this rental as to needing to tell them specifically that you want the jets and heat on for the hot tub. Anytime we have ever rented a vacation home with a hot tub before that was a given. What’s a hot tub without heat? Just wanted to let others know who may be renting this in the future.
Another discrepancy was the bath towels. There was suppose to be two per person which upon arrival we were 6 short. We did contact property manager who told me they figure 1 1/2 towel per person. 🤔 He did come and give us what we were missing promptly. There were some maintenance issues that needed attention which we told the property manager and hopefully they were taken care of when we left.
Overall we did enjoy being here.

We loved our vacation in this home. The property was beautiful. The beach was a short ride from the home. The pool was amazing and very toddler friendly! The interior of the home was spacious and beautiful!
Just a couple of quick notes:
1. The listing led us to believe that pool heat was an additional charge, but the hot tub heat was included. The property manager made good on that miscommunication, but renter be aware of this!
2. The breaker for the outlet at coffee bar would trip when we turned on the provided Keurig. Not sure what was happening there, and there wasn’t time for an electrician to come out during our stay.
3. The home boasts 8 bath, but it’s really 7.5 bath. 5 king masters, 1 king bed sharing a hall bath with bunk rooms on the 3rd floor, and a hall bath on the 2nd floor for the bunk room. 4 of the bathrooms have tub/showers, convenient for toddler baths. The other 3 are showers only.
Overall: would recommend and would return!

House was perfect. Pool was big compared to most we have stayed in. House was very clean, plenty of bath towels. Perfect for large groups. The only downside is the beach access. There are stairs instead of a ramp so not easy to carry things to the beach or use a wagon.

This property has 6 king bedrooms, all but one of which has a private bathroom. The third floor
king bedroom shares a bath with the smaller of the two bunk rooms. The second floor bunk room has a nearby bath and has eight full mattresses.
The house is nearly new and very clean. Our group of 11 adults and six children had lots of room. to be able to sit in groups or find a. private space. The refrigerator on the third floor helped with our overflow.
We asked to have both refrigerators cold when we arrived, as they are typically turned off between guests for cleaning and may not be cooled again when you arrive. The management accommodated our request, and we were able to unload our coolers, and food that arrived from a caterer, immediately.
We only had one problem. (an issue with the washing machine) and it was handled within 24 hours, so we were pleased. Everything else worked well and went well.
We could either walk to the beach (which is very crowded and parking is tight) or take the golf cart. Members of our family mostly opted to walk (about 20 min) but you have a. choice.
Overall, a very nicely furnished house in a nice area with very responsive management! Good stay!

The Groovy Goat was a beautiful and spacious home for my family. The amenities were very accommodating. I would suggest investing in a larger refrigerator, because we had to make several trips to the grocery just to have ample food for the different meals prepared for the occupants in the home. The bunk rooms were a great space, but it could have been even better if there was storage for clothes and shoes. We wanted to hook our karaoke component to the living room tv, but we were unsuccessful.
The Groovy Goat was a very inviting space with ample bedrooms and bathroom accommodations. The golf was really handy. The kids took full advantage of the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, but can suggest some improvements such as surround sound for the great room, storage for the bunk room, and towel racks in each bathroom. Other than these few changes, our stay was perfect.

We had a great time at this house. All of the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Our golf cart did break down and was never picked up so it took up parking space when we had 5 vehicles and the extra golf cart. The property manager did respond quickly and get us a working golf cart, but the broken one was never picked up. We had a great time with all of our family here. The pool area is very nice.

Wish we could have checked in earlier, but the place was as expected and advertised. We had a great time. Just a few hiccups with a few things, but management took care of them in a timely manner. No big deal. Communicating ahead of the trip seemed difficult. Wish we could’ve been on the beach but we really enjoyed the pool too! The whirlpool didn’t keep a steady temp. But we enjoyed it any way. Kids had plenty to do! Wish we had a small fire pit, but really didn’t have room for one any way. I highly recommend.

Our family stayed at the Groovy Goat the first week of February. When we first got to the house it really had a WOW factor, the whole house is extremely beautiful. We loved having the golf cart to go to the little shops and restaurants near by. We also loved the outdoor grill with the little sitting area and tv. The pool is beautiful and having the large kitchen made meal time with family a great time because our huge family could all fit and help cook and it was a great time. The second floor game area was such a hit with the kids, they loved it. We loved this house and area so much we contacted the house manager to add an additional night onto our stay because the family didn't want to leave! For anyone who is looking for a beautiful house, amazing pool and beautiful surroundings this is the house for you. We are already looking for another house next year through the same owners. The only con I would say is that we paid to heat the pool because we went in the colder month and it didn't seem to always stay heated, but they quickly responded to our calls and fixed the problem. All in all we had an amazing time and would have stayed forever if we could!

They were also super accommodating when our flights got cancelled and let us book for another night! Would for sure stay again and again!
