This luxury home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, 3,100 square feet of living space and sleeping in beds for eight people comfortably. Access to the home is either through the attached garage or upstairs off the upstairs deck. The main living area is located on the top level, along with two other bedrooms and the other two on the ground floor. The upstairs has an open floor plan, giving you gorgeous lake views from wherever you are. The kitchen has everything you will need during your vacation, including all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen island is the perfect spot to prepare a meal for your family and friends. The dining area is off the kitchen, with a seating table for 8. There are two sitting areas upstairs, one with a large flat-screen television and the other towards the fireplace. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow for gorgeous lake views all day long.
Downstairs hosts the remaining two bedrooms and the game room. The game room includes an entertainment system with a flat-screen television and pool table. After a day enjoying South Lake Tahoe, relax in the private hot tub on the upstairs deck and enjoy the gorgeous mountain views. Renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and a fine of $500
- Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
