There is a lot I want to like about this place. Food was great, staff were friendly and tried their best and the villa was eco-friendly and surrounded by trees. But here are the main issues which led to a low rating. The water heater did not work in the day and night before we checked out. The receptionist initially said that would be fixed in 2 hours. After 2 hours, it still was not fixed, and we were told not to turn on hot water for 6 hours to allow the water tank to heat up. The next morning, there were still no hot water. Would have been nice to have a hot shower before we left the place. I get it that resorts may sometimes get engineering issues like this, but would be a lot more smarter for the resort to suggest something better than showering in another villa. Also, the drainage in the shower was blocked and water would flood the toilet - this was highlighted to reception but that was never rectified. Our villa was tucked away on a cliff and it took some descent on steep stairs. People who want to make any booking may want to ask how easy it is to get to the villa as it took some effort to get up and down those stairs, and could get tricky during wet weather. Wished there were more warning or disclosure on this during booking. Cleaning was sub par. Felt like staff would just do the bare minimum eg drinking glasses not cleaned, and towels not replaced. We left the resort feeling disappointed overall and unlikely to return. Not A Pretty-mana experience indeed.

Leaving Bali, the first thing that came to mind was how much we would miss the people. The warmth and friendliness of both the staff and the locals made our stay truly enriching. Bali was our first stop on our honeymoon, and our only regret is that we couldn’t spend more time here. The lush jungle and the serenity of the property made our stay incredibly special. The presence of wildlife added to the magic of the atmosphere, and the staff did an excellent job ensuring our room remained free of any pests. We highly recommend the spa treatment. I’ve never felt more relaxed, and the setting was as beautiful and peaceful as you could imagine. The food and drinks were equally impressive. The local flavors were delicious, and even the more familiar options were well-executed. The cocktails provided the perfect indulgence. We’re already thinking about when we might return for an anniversary. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime trip, and one we will never forget.

We had an excellent stay at this gorgeous adults only hotel. It was romantic , quiet , had chef inspired delicious cuisine , it was all new , gorgeous decor, and best of all with 5 Star Service with a smile . We will 100 % come back and will tell all of our friends about this amazing hotel in Ubud. Oh and don’t miss the spa - it was the best spa & environment I have ever been to ! This is a winner on every level !!!

Was probably one of the better hotels I stayed at in my life. From the private room in the jungle, to the amazing service from the staff, to the even better food, was simply just an amazing getaway. Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit this place. .

Sanna Ubud was absolutely beautiful! All of the staff was welcoming and really treat you like family. The performances during dinner were very entertaining and cultural. I can’t wait to come back. The views were breathtaking especially from yoga and the spa.

The property is unbelievably beautiful and the staff is incredible. The villas are amazing and the beds are comfortable (though the roosters did wake us up in the morning). The restaurant also offers an excellent variety of local cuisine and specials. We had an amazing time and recommend Sanna to anybody looking for a memorable stay. Could not recommend more!

The place is beautiful! Very clean!! The views are amazing from every corner!! The spa is excellent!! The only bad thing is having tons of chicken around! They are so loud !! No good night sleep at all.

From start to finish my stay at Sanna Ubud was fantastic. Traveling alone I always like to stay at a hotel and they made sure I was safe and comfortable. Every day of my stay I was greeted by name. They were quick and attentive. I will definitely stay in the future and encourage anyone to as well.

The property was in an amazing setting with wonderful jungle views and beautiful gardens surrounding the villas. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was good once I realised that you didn’t have to stick to the choices given on the menu and could order what omelet you wanted. Afternoon tea was disappointing as it consisted of 3 small cakes but they were nice. No sandwiches. It was 25/30 minutes from Ubud but there was a free shuttle or a taxi was 5 euros. A very nice place to relax!

The rooms are tiered and need a renovation Bugs are all over inside as poor insolation of doors and windows. Gekos were inside my room and they hand picked one of them. The room smell was not good when i arrived. The staff are lovely and the view is beautiful but the rooms need a serious upgrade.

My stay at Sanna Ubud A Pramana Experience in Bali was absolutely unforgettable! The warmth and kindness of the staff made me feel like I was at home away from home. A special shout out to Diah and Jaka, who were exceptionally lovely and made my stay even more memorable. Their hospitality and genuine care left me feeling like I made new friends. The serene surroundings, beautiful accommodations, and the friendly atmosphere made my experience truly wonderful. I miss everyone already and can't wait to come back soon! Highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming retreat in Bali.

This place was absolutely magical. My wife and i celebrated our anniversary here and enjoyed all of the amenities they had to offer. The room was magnificent ans the view was breathtaking. I truly recommend booking a massage at their spa. Its at the base of the jungle near a flowing river and the sounds of the jungle and river along with the massage really send you to a state of bliss. 20 our of 10 will stay here again.

All around this property is five stars. The staff, location, and design/architecture were incredible! However, the one area they need a little work is the dining and restaurant. The staff in the restaurant is really amazing, but some of the food was sub-par for sure. Also, they have a wine bar which seems like a nice touch for a hotel of this caliber… but the wine bar only has three options for a glass pour of wine and the bottle list isn’t quite impressive. All around I still give 5 stars and it’s it truly a great experience. I hope in the future they refine their wine options and improve the menu items that were lacking. Cheers

Absolutely beautiful, tranquil and clean property. I arrived to a beautiful outdoor Balinese flower bath and today woke up to a gorgeous floating breakfast. The hotel room is serene and breathtaking with beautiful decor. The staff is kind, quick and professional. I highly recommend this property and will be returning. I am so sad to leave. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff are really great. We stayed in a pool villa that was exceptional. The restaurant food was top class. Every meal we had at the restaurant was a delight. When you arrive at the hotel you are given a welcome drink in the bar area and blessed in the temple. The you take a short buggy ride to your room. Don't forget to check out the spa which is near the bottom of the property by the river, its design looks like it came out of a movie scene. The main pool have some stone monkeys and stuff at the bottom of the pool, brilliant touch. looks like something from Indiana Jones. Do yourself a favour and book a few days, you will not be disappointed.

I stayed here during my recent trip to Bali and it was absolutely exceptional! Everything about this hotel is luxurious. My room was beautiful and the service we received was great. Everyone was polite, kind, and helped to make my experience the best. When I return to Ubud I will definitely be staying here again. To the staff - Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Hotel it’s self its nice in good condition. Villas are spacious with nice pool and outdoor chill area. Main pool are its a bit kitschy - metal monkeys on each corner. Staff its very attentive but very slowly service especially if you requesting room service.
