The house is ideally located in Port-Blanc, in a very pleasant environment. In Penvénan, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lannion 20 km (approx. 25 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne 180 km (approx. 2 hours by car)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
Remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- The wood-burning stove is functional. The first fire is free. For subsequent fires, purchase wood at the Carrefour supermarket in Penvénan.
- There are 4 steps up to the house. It has a garage and a basement.
- Pets are not allowed in the house.
- The house is entirely non-smoking.
- Please leave it clean and tidy and clean all appliances after use. End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
