Everyone was super friendly
Outside of house there was a lot of garbage but inside was clean.
Location was super convenient
Showers were a little short as we are a very tall family.
My family of four stayed and there was more than enough room.

Neighborhood was nice with a 1/2 KM walk to stores, metro & restaurants. Rooms were decent size, and he was nice enough to let us leave suitcases there before check in to return later. Several things need attention:
1. The bed in the middle room needs replacing because you could feel the springs & it was not comfortable.
2. He was way understocked with kitchen cookware, utensils, and glasses. There should be enough for at least 7 people, but he only had 2 bowls, 4 glasses, 6 spoons, 3 forks, 5 dinner knives, 1 chef knife, 1 pot & 1 pan. No Tupperware containers. We had to buy paper plates, napkins, foil for baking, plastic utensils, & plastic bags to store food.
3. Had 7 bath towels exactly & only 1 hand towel, no wash cloths.
4. Yard needed mowing, especially the back.
5. Both lights in the den were out.
After messaging the host in the morning, I called the urgent matters phone around 1pm because the shower was clogged. The dad relayed msg to son who texted at 7:10, & showed up after 8. He got light bulbs for lamp (but not overhead fluorescents), 1 paper towel roll, & Drano. He also took a broken coffee table with a bad leg that was previously repaired with screws.
I also informed him of the following:
-A slow leak under the refrigerator, which could be a clogged evaporator pan. I had to soak up the water every 4 hours to prevent slips on wet, tile floor.
-Desk chair's back was bad; he said he'd replace it
If he addresses the issues, it would be a decent rental.

We visited with 3 men in their 30’s-50’s and were able to make the best of the situation. The on-site host was super nice and welcoming but there were serious concerns with the property. One bathroom appeared to be a remodeled closet and the size of it was comparable. The other had multiple steps and a short ceiling for the shower, a disabled person would struggle greatly with both bathrooms.
When we arrived, the property appeared run down and was situated next to a house that appeared to be condemned. There was a homeless person living in the yard who we later saw trying to steal a metal fire pit from the neighbor across the street.
Property was fairly loud at most hours. The upstairs had children playin as late as midnight and had folks making loud noises as early as 530AM. If it weren’t for my AirPod pros, I probably wouldn’t have been able to get back to sleep in the mornings.
Making matters worse, we did have a number of issues on the property. The first night the host had neither supplied towels nor toilet paper and we didn’t discover this until 1AM. The lock on the entry way door ran out of battery so we ended up being locked out and had to contact the host. The oven turned on randomly during our stay and required us to fiddle with the controls to turn it off. The faucet for the shower also had a broken job that prevented the adjusting of the temperature for the water during a shower.
If you’re looking for a spot and aren’t picky tho, I think this would be good!
