The unit itself was nice and very clean, a little dated but had everything we needed, the beach was very nice and the access to the beach was fantastic. The host to this property was quick with any answers we needed.
Now the rest of this property, had a few complaints, the pool was disgusting, while I understand sand being on the bottom being right on the beach, the top of the water was very filmy and dirty.
The rental for pool chairs and umbrellas was questionable, the sign at the desk area said credit card payments only, the guy called us down to the beach when we were waiting and just set us up (nice to have this available) but when we went to pay him with credit card, he told us cash only and we paid that way, but the next day we went down one of our ladies stayed at the desk where the credit card sign was and after we got set up we told him she was waiting to pay him at the desk. When he ran her credit card, for a $48 rented he automatically added a $19 gratuity, when asked about it he tried to,say it was automatic but the receipt showed a space to add a tip at your discretion. This was brought to the on site property manager’s attention. So just beware and pay attention.

Our group needed a beach place for a few days prior to a cruise. This happened to be over the 4th of July. Even with all the festivities going on, Minnie took wonderful care of us! She was super helpful and very quick to respond with any questions he had. Our group had 4 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 children. Even with ALL of our luggage for the cruise this area accommodated us perfectly.
The unit is right on the beach and has a great restaurant and coffee shop for convenience. Though we did not use, the complex even has its own salon and last minute must have convenient store.
There is both a Walgreens and Winn Dixie close by along with other walkable amenities. The walk to the pier isn’t far or a very quick ride share.
We did not have a vehicle so we did not have to worry about the parking.
Overall, this place is wonderful for a weekend getaway or a long family vacation on the beach. Totally recommend and we’ll be going back for sure.

This apartment was great and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation in Ft. Lauderdale. The place is well stocked from the kitchen utensils to bathroom shampoo, tp and plenty of towels. Beds are comfortable, place is nice and clean. The beach is right downstairs and close enough to restaurants and stores. Plenty of space for 5 people. Make sure to plan for valet if you have a car. There is a daily fee but never had to wait more than a few minutes. Had a minor issue with the shower but communication with Minnie was fantastic and it was fixed right away. Beautiful morning views of the beach. Would stay here again for sure.

Everything about this stay was perfect! Minnie was a great host, great communication between us. Loved the layout of the property, easy in and out and had more to offer than what we needed for our short stay. Easy walk to Lauderdale By The Sea or Water Taxi at Bokampers, Bamboo Beach Tiki Bar on site and easy to get to grocery, pharmacy, fast food, you name it! Would definitely recommend this property and host and would stay here again without question!

The property location is unbeatable. Only steps from the sand and sea. The owner was so friendly and accommodating. Promised and gave us an early check-in. Answered all questions right away.

My family and I recently stayed at Minnie's condo for my sister in-law's wedding. Overall, the experience was great. The condo was clean, spacious, well-stocked, and convenient to the beach/pool. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in our group and found the condo to be plenty big and comfortable. The included beach toys, chairs, and wagon were much appreciated.
We did experience an issue with a broken bed, but Minnie was extremely responsive in fixing the issue quickly.
Though the condo was nice, the rest of the building/resort is definitely showing its age and is need of a facelift. We found the food to be surprisingly good at the Tiki Bar and were happy with the close proximity to other amenities in town. All in all, a good place to stay for your next Fort Lauderdale trip!

This condo was perfect for our family for the two-night stay prior to our cruise. The location is outstanding. The condo is within walking distance to a grocery store, drug store and restaurants. We loved walking on the sidewalk either distance, as we love to walk. The beach was fantastic for the kids and my daughter and her husband very much enjoyed the Tiki Bar and Restaurant. The pool was also a great place to swim and relax. The condo was stocked with extras. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your gem on the beach.

This was a short stay for me and my brother. The condo was clean and comfortable. The first night we were there the TV’s did not work in either bedroom. The owner responded quickly and was on the phone with tv provider for about an hour. I discovered the next day that the tv cables were swapped and I fixed the problem but the owner was great with trying to help. The only issue we had was the guest bed broke with my brother sleeping on it. He is a big guy but the bed should have held him.

The unit was great lots of room, clean, and quite.
The view was excellent and the property has a great Italian Restaurant and Tiki Bar overlooking the beach. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Enjoyed our stay at this beachside condo before going on a cruise. The condo has a new owner and we had to rebook everything all over so I was a little concerned about the process, but the host was very attentive and everything worked out fine. She even left champagne and texted us to tell us that there would be fireworks at midnight one night. They were amazing and is something that we will always remember! Host left food items for us to enjoy and made 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available to us which we used each day. Beach and pool are easy to get to. We had two people with accessibility issues and they were able to get around pretty well. Beds were comfortable.
The condo and the building itself is also a hotel resort and a bit dated, but is a great value and we enjoyed our time there. There is a coffee stand, restaurant and tiki bar there, too.
Be aware that the building is only valet parking for $15 per day. However, she let us park across the street at her business which worked just fine.

Wish our weather was better when we stayed, but Minnie did a great job making us feel welcome. She had some small holiday gifts waiting for us when we arrived. 6 of us total, and it took some maneuvering to find the extra set of sheets, but we had plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen amenities. Lots of space to hang out as well as a game to play as it was too windy and cold to go to the pool/beach. My father uses a wheelchair/walker and was able to enter the building and get around the unit easily. Would definitely stay again and hope to be able to use all those beach goodies in the front hall closet.

We had a nice stay other than the weather which no one can control. There is a pool but we did not use it since it was cool. The Tiki bar is great. The taco Tuesday was awesome. The hotel was nice and decorated beautifully for the holidays. We loved the coffee shop in the lobby. Our unit was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed although we didn't do any meal cooking. We loved the fact that we had two separate bathrooms for us and the kids. Plenty of space to sleep for everyone. The couch in the living room is really comfortable and we were able to watch our sports. The closet was full of stuff for the beach but again the weather didn't cooperate for us. We had one issue with the water faucet in the bathroom leaking and Minnie was right on it and offered a repair man. The beach area was great. They were fixing a lot of the buildings around that area so lots of improvements in the area. Store and restaurants are nearby and very short distance to Lauderdale of the Sea. Did not know that it was valet parking is my only complaint. Although I'm not sure that I read all the fine print.

This is a wonderful property! All of the extras that came with it was very helpful. We were there for our daughter’s wedding. The convenience of being where the event took place was great. We so enjoyed our stay.

The property was exactly as described. Very comfortable and had all we needed. The host was very responsive anytime I had questions etc. The ocean was just a few steps out the door and the tiki restaurant was an added bonus. Would stay again if we are back in the area! Thanks for a great stay!

Our vacation was great. The place was as pictured and had all the essentials you would need as far as a condo goes. We had a nice ocean view and on site laundry was awesome. I would stay again and definitely recommend.

The condo was adequate would not stay again. Not updated, needs painting,caulking on baseboards. Elevator is small, dirty, and slow. Beach picture is not the pool that goes with this condo. Pool was small green and cloudy. Bed was confortable but rooms have no curtains so up early every morning.

The location was perfect for a quick getaway as we all live 25 minutes away. We wanted to wake up and be on the beach and we were! We enjoyed early morning walks and great restaurants were around the corner. Would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beach vacation.

We had a great time excellent weather. Being right on the beach was awesome. The beach bar and pool were nice. Great location the Greek Island Restaurant has the best food a must do. The condo is nice it’s a little old but we had a nice stay.

The property is in a great location and has good space and layout. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking including spices and condiments! The manager was initially very responsive but had been made aware that the oven wasn’t working but never told me. When I reached out to inform her she stated she had been told that morning and had put an air fryer in the kitchen. I wish she would have communicated this, as we would have planned a different meal for dinner when grocery shopping. When I told her this, all communication stopped. In addition the room was “ready” slightly after 3 but a load of towels was left in the dryer that we were asked to take care of. Minor damage/wear in the unit that should be corrected to really make this unit shine - neither bathroom fans worked, master bathroom toilet is wobbly, some floor planks are cracked and lifting, and a busted lamp in one bedroom.

The location was wonderful easy walking to stores, restaurants the beach chairs everything we needed, very convenient and the Tiki bar was fantastic. Wendy responded immediately to all my texts she was great! I just thought there was a balcony that was outdoor that was disappointing and a little dusty in the BR.
Overall it was a wonderful trip.

My wife and I stayed with another couple. Both bedrooms have privacy and personal bathrooms. The location is perfect, everything needed (groceries, beer, shops, etc…) is within 3-4 blocks. It’s awesome to walk out to the back and jump in the pool, go to the Tiki Bar, or step on the beach! We had a great time. We had a minor maintenance issue in which Wendy promptly responded to within seconds and immediately had a handyman on the way. This was our 2nd time there - love it!
