This prime location stay is only a short walk from Michigan’s white sandy beaches! Watch our top rated fireworks, nightly musical fountains, and the most luxurious boats travel the channel from our rooftop patio! This property comfortably accommodates a total of 6 guests. On the main living space you will find a kitchen, living room, bedroom with comfortable King bed, and a beautiful remodeled bathroom with a bidet. On that level we provide a floor queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Downstairs, there is a studio style queen bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. Both kitchens are well stocked with appliances and utensils- perfect for your vacation stay! Start your morning with a cup of coffee and a walk down the pier to Grand Haven’s breathtaking historic lighthouse.

You couldn’t find a better stay in Grand Haven if you tried. Just steps from all the restaurants, bars and Musical Fountain, this was the ideal location for our long weekend away. The condo was *incredible*— very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The condo was much more beautiful we expected. The location was perfect for shops, the beautiful foundation show in the evening and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place for a group of friends or family members.

Feeling inspired after our stay here! Can you fall in love with a bathroom? Because, I may have! Kudos to the designer of this amazing condo unit. Location is superb (close to just about everything). We loved our stay in this unit - highly recommend!

The property was beautiful, cozy and had a ton of unique character. There were many upgraded features especially in the bathroom. The location is great too, next to shops and restaurants. The owner and property manager were both very accessible and responsive, great to work with!

Restaurants, bars and quaint downtown within easy walking distance. Could not find a better location for enjoying Grand Haven. The property was immaculate and as advertised!

Our stay couldn't have better. Management response was friendly, helpful, and timely. The accommodations were awesome and the location was ideal in getting around the shops, restaurants and activities on foot. The quiet side street our balcony overlooked was wonderful for a cup of coffee in the morning sun or a glass of wine recaping the days activities at night. You may want to pack your own beach towels if you plan a day at the beach.

Loved our time here. Beautiful place, right in the social district downtown area. Musical fountains are right across the street, and farmers market was a 2 minute walk. Recommend watching the fountains from the 4th floor community roof top.

We loved the downtown location, lots of places you could walk to. The condo was very spacious and clean, we loved the decor! All of the basics were provided: nice towels, kitchen appliances / plates / utensils, plenty of paper towel and toilet paper. Very nice place!!

My family really enjoyed our stay in Grand Haven. The condo was awesome! The pictures in the listing accurately portray the property. The condo is a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and splash pad. The beach is a 15-20 minute walk or 3-5 minute car ride. I would highly recommend this condo when staying in Grand Haven.

My two adults sons and their ladies and I stayed here. The place was clean, contemporary, and inure perfect location for drives to small coastal towns. It was perfectly situated to shop, enjoy eateries and bars, and walk pretty much everywhere. We were able to walk to the waterfront evening free concert and the delightful musical fountains. The owner was awesome and quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend this place for small groups of adults.

The location of this property was perfect. Walking distance to downtown and many shops/restaurants. The amenities at the property were fantastic. The condo has been updated beautifully and it was the perfect mix of new features in a historic building. We had a fantastic stay and I would stay at this condo again!
