Comfortable and peaceful. Very convenient.
I liked the design of the house, the organization. The owner took care of every detail to make his guests comfortable. I also liked very much the clear directions he gave to reach the property. Location is great. With many shopping places in the vicinity.
The stairs were a bit tricky to go up and down with two heavy suitcases. But it worked out in the end.

It was not clean and I also didn't feel very safe in the building. In short, it was TRENCHES!
I didn't stay the night because the girl in the room next to mine was talking on her phone for @ 2-hours while dropping F-bomb after F-bomb. I ended up leaving a getting a hotel room instead.
The room was small and the sheets, pillow cases and overall cleanliness of them was suspect (at best). I paid @ $48 in advance, although it wasn't worth saying $20 for that room.
