About this house rental
Downstairs living room has a 65" Smart TV. You will find a king bedroom & half bath that are located adjacent to the living room. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower & toilet area & a designated laundry area with a full size washer & dryer for your convenience. The living areas are spacious rooms with lots of natural light that filter through the windows.
On the second floor you will find 3 king bedrooms, all of which are spacious and have comfortable beds for your stay along with smart TVs! The middle king bedroom has a private entrance and patio connected if you want the ease of coming & going. There is a shared bathroom on the second floor with a walk-in shower & soaking tub & as well as a second living space to sit back and enjoy some TV time or curl up and read your favorite book!
The third level is complete for a family with little ones or a great space for the tweens to get away and have their own space! With a queen bed & two twin beds, 43" smart TV and it's own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and lots of extra living space, it's perfect for spreading out!
All bedding & towels are provided for your stay!
Small Dogs Welcome! Dog Fees (up to 2 dogs maximum for any length of stay 25 lbs or less permitted): $30 per night for stays 5 days and under - $125 per pet for stays over 5 days
NOTE: Security cameras are solely monitoring outside the property and are not present inside the property. Tenant agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside driveway by security camera. Tenant agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
