YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.
Check in is after _4pm local time, and check out is _11am. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation.

House fit our group of 17 which was great. All the games kept everyone entertained all day and night, especially the shuffleboard. Inside of the house was clean and maintained. Extremely hot days while we were there so I understand the AC was working hard, but some bedrooms got cool while others never cooled down and made for uncomfortable to sleep.
Outside was a little different story. Pool was a little dirty and thought it would clean it self up overnight but it didn't. We gave the property management a call and they sent someone out a short time later for a quick clean up.
The electrical connection to the BBQ pit was missing the connector so there was no power to it but we managed to get it started.
Landscaping in backyard could have been maintained a little more because pictures showed how it must have been when the house was first built. Never could get the pool fountains to work and never found the pool umbrellas that go in the pool.
Overall, we still enjoyed the house and didn't let the small issues get to us.

The home was clean and beautiful. The pool and spa were a good size. The house was decorated with modern touches and attention to detail. The kitchen was very well suited for cooking. The game room had everything you could imagine.
The management company responded to every question promptly.
I would however recommend a king bed in the back room that looks onto the street. Couple as usually like to sleep in king beds and that bedroom was big enough. I feel like that was the only downfall with the property.
The master bathroom floor could have been cleaned a little better. Other than that we had an amazing stay and would rent again.

An overall great home for all guests. Check in was easy with all the thorough instructions. We were able to utilize the pool and jacuzzi to relax during our downtime. Only downside was there wasn't enough towels for everyone but the host was able to accommodate the next morning. Would definitely recommend friends and family to consider this place!

Beautiful property, comfortable furniture and beds. The pool table, and other “toys” were fun, wonderful pool and spa and plenty of towels. I would recommend they provide tissues in the bathrooms and dish towels to dry dishes, but otherwise everything else is provided. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived-pool not heating, etc-but the management company was very quick to respond to this. I would definitely stay here again.

The house overall was nice but the ad said we would have use of the 3 car garage, when in fact, we did not. It was under construction and the ad was not updated. Also, the jacuzzi heated but the jets would not stay on, so we could not use it and the refrigerator froze our good. We feel we overpaid for what we got!

My friends and I have stayed at many rentals and this one is everyone's favorite. Very comfortable lounging areas, big kitchen, 2 indoor seating areas, well laid out bedrooms, and very safe for our dogs. The outside was comfy and fun, couldn't get the bbq to work but we didn't mind enough to contact management. Customer service was always speedy and they had a great attitude. They have a couple pool noodles but no floaties so recommend you bring your own. Really well thought out rental though, we'll be coming back for sure!
