-3 bedrooms with soft beds and fans.
-3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms with towels, bath amenities, and hairdryer (the main bathroom includes a bathtub).
-Fully equipped kitchen for preparing all your meals and snacks; including a coffee maker for enjoying your morning coffee.
-Dining area for 8 people.
-Living room with Smart TV and air conditioning.
-Terrace with seating area, outdoor dining, and barbecue grill.
-Pool with jacuzzi (heating with additional cost)
-Garden with spacious areas for events.
-Children's play area.
-High-speed internet (one of the bedrooms has independent internet for remote work).

Guest Access:
"The check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. The property has autonomous access, so you won't have to worry about your arrival time. The check-in instructions are sent a few hours before your arrival.
We have 8 private parking spots available within the property.
The house is spread over 2 levels; however, we have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor.
The pool heating has an additional cost of $1,750 per weekend. If you desire this additional service, it's necessary to notify us three days in advance to ensure the temperature is perfect for your arrival."

"The property is conveniently located. In the surrounding area, you will find local shops, Oxxo convenience stores, and pharmacies. We would like to suggest some local recommendations that you can enjoy during your stay:
*Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is a 13-minute drive away.
*Tlayacapan is a 15-minute drive away.
*Tepoztlán is a 30-minute drive away.
*Plaza Atrios is a 15-minute drive away."
Getting Around:
"We recommend arriving in Oaxtepec by car and during daylight hours. The approximate travel time is:
-Mexico City: 1 hour 45 minutes by car.
-Cuernavaca: 50 minutes by car.
Remember that using a navigation system like GPS or updated maps is advisable for accurate directions during your trip. Additionally, it's always a good idea to check the road conditions and traffic before starting your journey."

"We are a pet-friendly property! However, we can only accommodate two pets on our premises. We hope you understand and enjoy your stay with us!
We provide 6 pool towels for your use. If you'd like, we recommend bringing your own additional towels to ensure you have everything you need during your time by the pool. We hope you have a fantastic time during your stay!
We have ample spaces on the property that can be reserved for events, with an additional cost beyond the reserved nights. Feel free to contact us for more information about this option.
