POOL USE:
Guests can use the pool for FREE Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Thursdays are for cleaning, and Weekends and Holidays are exclusively for registered residents.

No LOUD parties or LARGE get-togethers and gatherings

NO COOKING of SMELLY food like fish and tuyo etc *subject to additional cleaning fee

NO SMOKING in the unit *subject to penalty

Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Max of the 7 is allowed to stay inside the unit.

Please do not place your garbage outside the unit. The garbage room is located on basement 1, please dispose of your trash properly.
