This home is ready to host your family with brand new furniture, mattresses, bedding, decor, and more! The Primary Bedroom provides a King Size Bed, a Large Smart TV, and a Full Bathroom with a double sink, a separate Shower and Bathtub, and a large Walk-In closet. Guest Bedroom #1 & #2 both hold a Twin over Full Bunk Bed with a large Smart TV each. Guest Bedroom #3 hosts a Queen Size Bed and a large Smart TV. So bring the entire crew and come together in the Spacious Great Room! This is where everyone meets to cook great meals in the fully stocked kitchen, hang out and play some games on the dining table, or even watch the game on the large Smart TV in the Living Area! Take everyone into the amazing back porch that is beautifully landscaped and equipped with a Charcoal Grill and an outdoor patio table and chairs. For more fun, the kiddos can head into the garage where there is a Foosball Table. Need more sleeping arrangements? Ask us about Bama Breeze's sister homes, Coastal Bliss and or Coastal Harmony, located a few houses over!
**Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys that they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. These items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at many local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up beach chairs and umbrellas at most beach access points for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one, and an attendant will be with you shortly.
**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions of what to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**TVs are streaming only. No cable. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts.**
**CALL FOR WINTER MONTHLY RATES - All monthlies must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate**
