The Condo: Park your vehicle/vehicles safely inside our secured garage. Latch keyless access on the garage entry. Please be aware, the owner/guest garage has 49 first-come/first serve parking spots. There’s an additional daily pay garage under the building with 33 spots. If you aren’t driving, enter the front door with Latch keyless access.
The main unit entry brings you into the open concept kitchen featuring 9’ ceilings with HUGE island, quartz countertops, and high-end fixtures and appliances. The kitchen opens to the dining room, bar, and living area, including a 50” Smart TV for all your streaming Apps. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the pool and luxury amenities directly from the living room. The balcony is equipped with a full sectional and swing to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of your own space. Please note, the unit is adjacent to a nearby train track and you may hear a passing train every so often. From the living area, walk into the Master Suite.
The Master Suite is equipped with King bed, Smart TV, and full-length mirror in addition to an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Enjoy access to the private balcony directly from the Master Suite or use the blackout curtains for more privacy. You can also find plenty of closet space and washer and dryer in the Master Suite wing.
Off the Living room you can find the primary guest bedroom equipped with a King bed and Smart TV. Large 8ft windows with blackout curtains. Across the hallway is the second full bathroom with luxury wallpaper and bath. Both bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
Off the Kitchen is the third bedroom equipped with two full size memory foam mattresses. Note, this bedroom does not have a private closet but there is a nightstand with drawers for storage. There are no windows in this bedroom, which is ideal for those wanting an extra deep sleep after a night out on the town.
With its unique Cowgirl themed design, our downtown location is perfect for a memorable trip to Music City!

The building uses the LATCH app for keyless access. Details will be provided after booking and you'll have unit and building access for the duration of your reservation.
Other things to note:
No dogs are allowed.
As with any large city, use caution in areas that are unfamiliar or off the beaten path, and use your best judgment. You can easily walk to all main attractions including Broadway, Music City Center, Bridgestone, the Ryman, and much more. However, after dark or when headed away from downtown, such as in The Gulch area (west), Lyft or Uber is recommended.

Amenities such as the pool may close for unexpected reasons, maintenance or emergency safety reasons. No refunds are given for amenity closings as this is beyond our control.

This lived up to our expectations. Clean safe condo close to Broadway. The owner was very much on top of the process and we were very pleased.

This VRBO is in the HYVE condominium complex. The condo was perfect! But otherwise the LATCH app and HYVE staff RUINED my trip.
I'm limited to 1500 characters so I won't be able to include all the gory details.
DO NOT check your bags with the front desk. Leave your bags in your car if you drive. Avoid the LATCH app at all costs. I personally lost hours of my short trip due to not being able to access the parking garage and lobby.
We arrived at 1pm and couldn't access the garage or lobby even though we were told we could check our bags as early 10am. We checked bags and were told to come back at 'any time' before 10pm to retrieve them.
We were granted early check in at 3pm and returned at precisely 3pm. Still couldn't access lobby. A cleaning lady let us in and said the front desk person was at lunch and would be back in 20min. Super inconvenient bc we had a colleague to meet at 4pm and 5:15pm dinner reservations.
Hand on a bible it was an HOUR AND 43 MINUTES before the front desk person showed up. I had to cancel my 4pm meeting bc I didn't have access to my bag to freshen up.
In that time no less than 2 dozen guests had to be let in because the LATCH app wasn't functioning.
As I said, the room is great, but the TERRIBLE LATCH app and the HYVE staff's negligence and lack of care RUINED my experience.
Last note - two women came down to get their bags with an Uber waiting to take them to the airport. I'm pretty sure they missed their flight!! UNACCEPTABLE.

This is an ideal property in a not so ideal location. The area is being gentrified and will probably be 100% tourism in 5 years. However I think it's important to call out that there are 2 train tracks on one side, and a very large homeless shelter on the other. Lots of vagrants milling about.
They do call out caution in the description, and I get why you don't want to advertise these landmarks, but it can be scary at night for young people.
100% safe inside the building, parking garage is totally locked down. Just Uber, be careful, and you are fine.
