Our stay was amazing and so were the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. And not to mention the INCREDIBLE view from the balcony. Absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back!

1st room they gave us was used, tv was even still left on by last guest. They didnt bother to prep it. The next room was okay, until we took a shower. The shower was clogged so we had water to our ankles after each shower. It took them 2 days to fix it. Looks like it used to be a fancier hotel until the current owners took it over.

When we arrived to our room it was super hot. As we looked around the room we noticed the mirror on the closet was broken, a huge glob of hair was on the shower wall, and there were mystery stains on the walls in the bathroom. We were promised a mountain view from our balcony but instead all we could see was the parking lot. We decided to stay since PF was super crowded and we knew we wouldn't be able to find another room. The next morning we were leaving our room and my husband noticed the door did not lock. He went to get the manager on duty and we were told that the camera in the hallway was right outside our door and no one would mess with our stuff.... I said no this is a problem. He told us to pack up our things and he would move us to a different room but not to tell anyone. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend staying here and I will never stay here again myself.

The only thing wrong with the Room was no tv remote for the kids . But was getting late so we just let them watch there tables to go to sleep

First room they gave us was not clean. Had to go to the lobby to get bedding for the sofa bed. There was a shouting match in the lobby between guests and hotel staff/owner over linens/towels. Kinda shady!

The best part was location. We had 4 kids with us. We only had 3 towels in the room. The pull out sofa was a twin or smaller without sheets. No complimentary breakfast. I will not go back and would not recommend.

We like the hotel, just need housekeepers clean up room better and limited breakfast but overall we enjoy are stay!😊

The staff were great, the room was decent.

We was surprised to see that the outside pool was completely closed, the indoor swimming and spa area was completely unusable and dirty, the sidewalks was covered in trash, there was never a front desk attendant, the bathroom was not only dirty with globs of hair but leaked, the sink outside of the bathroom leaked all over the floor, the paint was coming off the walls and there was also one towel for a family of five when asked for more was given two towels. The breakfast was a complete joke, there was noting put out and there was no drinks other than coffee and the creamers was bad. Just and overall bad experience for a family get away just glad we was there to sleep and basically nothing else.

There were holes in the walls of the bathroom, no toilet paper holder, pull out couch bed matress was stained severely. When checking in he talked sp fast i cpuld barely understand what he was saying.

Thisbproperty lokks abandoned and unfinished, to the point that me abd my family had to book another hotel for our stay. I even canceled the reservation and was still charged for the room. When i did get a response back from the hotel via email it was in arabic and no one answred the phone so i could speak to a live person. I was able to cancel on the expedia website which made no difference because the hotel still charged me for the entire stay! Not just one night

Do not stay here. Walked into our room and it wasn’t cleaned and had trash everywhere. Check in is at 4pm and it was 6:30pm. Was told we needed to wait so they could clean it. We said no we’re not waiting we’re going somewhere else, and asked for refund. Said we had to go through Expedia and was VERY rude. Argued with my husband. Horrible service and so dirty. Disgusting room & rude managers.

Phone was broken, bed had no sheets blankets or pillows had to go get them, beds are rock hard, mold in the bathroom and no toilet paper.

Run, and I mean run as far as you absolutely can. I booked this hotel in a rush as we were dealing with the Microsoft crash with airlines. I unfortunately did not pay attention to how many people were listed in my booking. We arrived at the hotel. The gentleman was AWFUL! He asked me how many people would be staying in the room I told him 5, he began to get an attitude and tell me I f*%# up! (yes he was cursing) after much back and forth he told me he would be charging me an extra 60 plus taxes and fees. I was beyond confused and frustrated, I walked out to my car and discussed with my husband. We came on the website and saw that to add 5 people in the room it was only supposed to be an extra $20! So I went back and asked him why and extra $60!? and showed him the $20 extra the website is showing. He told me I was being stupid, and that I don’t know what I’m talking about and the list goes on…. I gave up and said screw it I need a place to stay for the night. $60 it is. When I went to hand him my card he said “f@%# you, take your business somewhere else, this is non refundable!!” Mind you while I was there arguing he was also arguing with another women who had come down to tell him all the things wrong with her room. We leave, I later call hotels to ask for my refund, they proceed to let me know he denies my request and began to CURSE at the hotels.com agent. lol. This place is a joke. The moment you walk in you will be able to tell the type of stay you will have.

This property is ok but the staff here is beyond rude. I got a room for me and my family for the nigth the first thing no blncket or towel for 5 people likenit says on the reservation the the matress on the sofa cama had stains that where definitely questioned. The hotel facilitys are fine but again the staff made it really hard for everyone.

Breakfast was not properly prepaired like all oyher hotels. First morning got down there at 8 AM, there was nothing left. Second morning almost the same thing wasnt any better.

From the time we arrived to the time we left, we was greeted by the owner, very professional, very friendly. You would feel like he’s been knowing you for years. Next time we go to pigeon Forge, we will be staying here again. The rooms were very clean. We had no issues whatsoever. The little snack bar they have on site is good as well for that midnight snack.

We stayed here after having a really bad experience at another hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was a little difficult to get extra towels and bedding, as they didn't have more available when we needed them. We also stayed multiple nights, so our towels weren't replenished and our trash was never taken out. I guess housekeeping doesn't come, if you are staying multiple days, so the service wasn't great. In their defense, they might have come if I called and asked them to come. The breakfast was good, but ran out around 8:00-8:30 and wasn't replenished, so you have to get there early. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay there again.

Wasn’t happy the property details incorrectly saying there was a children’s pool. Also the outdoor pool was closed, which was very disappointing.

The manager went above and beyond to make us and others needs were taking care of, we have no complaints. I do suggest more breakfast options for guests.

Do not stay here! Believe the reviews….I took a gamble when I booked here and the second I walked through the doors I knew it was bad. Unfortunately I had a non refundable stay. The whole hotel is dirty, you can smell it. AC was off when we got to the room and it took all afternoon for it to cool. Did not see housekeeping once in my several unfortunate days there. Don’t expect hot showers. The rooms don’t even get vacuumed-I found crumbs and crayons behind the beds and nightstands. Roaches in the bathrooms. Good luck with breakfast. The waffle machine is caked on with stuff and the coffee machine looks sus. I was just walkking through the area one morning and the rude lady barked “breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30”. I wouldn’t have eaten there anyway! Management knows about all of this and they don’t care. They don't take pride in their establishment. The city health department should go out there stat and close it down! Just awful.

Dont stay here!! This place was awful!! When we arrived we notice right away that the ice maker was leaking into the hall way and into our room. And 2nd our toilet was flushing we reported this. Nothing was done about the ice maker and they came and plunge the toilet twice because was not work properly. He complained to us that we were doing our business the putting tissues and clogging it up out selves!! There was not business in the toilet if you get what i mean. And way there's mildew all in the jetted bathroom so that's something we couldn't use!! My daughter cleaned our bathtub so we could take a bath!! The man at the desk said no house keeping during our stay.plus we got 2 towels for 8 people although i did get the other guy to give me some towels there wasba lady at the desk asking for more that 2 towels and he told her you dont get more towels you use the and hang them up to dry and use again!!! And my bed linen was stained at least i hope that was a stain. One of my beds had no sheets on it!! I kept having trouble with my room key not working and he told me that if I get locked out of my room again i would have to call a locksmith!!! To get my things! Now it says full breakfast. No nope we did have anything to eat. And when i ask where the food was he said i have cooks we will put more out but we waited and no food was put out. Thats a lot of money's we lost having to go out to eat for 8 people. I booked a full breakfast hotel to save money not spend it.dont stay h

Roaches, no breakfast, he was trying to charge me for breakfast and the key when stop working by it self. No coffee machine in the room. Lights balls broken.

The rooms are dated. The room wasn’t very clean. The host at the front couldn’t tell me what good pizza places was around. Your host should be able to handle that question with ease. The ladies for breakfast was rude and stated breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30. I was looking for coffee. Also zero flavored coffee creamer. I would choose another location when we come back this fall.

Staff wasnt always at the counter but was there if you called and very friendly. Rooms were clean, hot breakfast. Pool was Very Cloudy though. But over all i feel it was very nice for the price point.

Location was great! Very nice employees! Nice room,overall cleanliness was good. Only real problem with our room was the air didnt work as should, it worked but not good! Will definitely stay again!

The worst place I have ever stayed. 1) room did not have a room number 2) I booked 1 room 2 queen beds w/sleeper sofa. No sleeper sofa and we had 5 ppl in the room. 3) the door did not shut all the way 4) there was a fan left in the room like they had been working in there and just threw the room back together, TV and lamps were unplugged 5) only 2 towels when I called the front desk he asked me to come down to get more 6) NO HOT WATER!!!! If it wan't late and we didn't have our 3 children with us, myself and my husband would have slept in the car!!!! I would love to speak to the owners/managers!
