One in the family room and one just for the primary bedroom to make sure you stay extra cool at night. The camper has 50 amp service, electric stabilizer jacks and electric tongue jack for easy installation and removal from tow vehicle. Also included is levelling blocks, wheel chocks and magnetic levels to get the RV setup properly. This has electric and gas water heater. Has 1 slide-out on driver's side. There are dining utensils/dinnerware for 6 included and basic cooking/kitchen utensils provided such as pots, pans, spatulas, wine opener, measuring cups, can opener, cutting boards, knife set, toaster, coffee maker, paper towels etc. Please reach out for full kitchen inventory. Large pantry so that you can load up on what you need and a 10.7 cu ft fridge/freezer. Just bring the food and the family and let us take care of the rest. Bathroom has 4 adult shower towels, 4 shower rags, 4 beach towels, toilet paper and limited shampoo, conditioner and body wash per trip. Primary bedroom includes a fully made queen size bed with a memory foam mattress topper and pillows with all the linens so you don’t have to pack it and carry it with you. 2 full size bunks that are fully made with linens and pillows included with 300 lb limit per bunk. Living room couch and dinette both fold down into individual twin size beds for additional sleeping options (bedding not included). 2 entries, one into the main living space and the other directly into the full size bathroom to wash pets or self off after a long day of outdoors prior to entering main living space. This also allows for access to just bathroom if other campers are already sleeping in the main living space. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off before going in the camper. There is a propane hookup outside entry for portable grill hookup. Entertainment system with two zones. One zone is in the family room, and one is on the outside under the big 20’ power awning with led lighting. Just Bluetooth your phone in and relax. There are 2 foldable lounge chairs included in the rental. Smart tv in living room equipped for basic cable if campground has hook up. This can also be hooked up to campground wifi or hotspot to connect to streaming services such as netflix, prime video etc. Lots of hidden storage spaces, perfect for storing luggage, underneath dinette benches, primary bedroom bed, lower bunk and living room couch to bring everything you need for your perfect camping vacation. We also can offer a 13,000 watt dual fuel (gas/propane) generator for rent for an additional fee that will power everything in the RV on a case by case basis. This has an 8 gallon fuel tank For those looking to adventure beyond the standard campground. This will have to be carried in the back of your tow vehicle since the bumpers on travel trailers are not rated for the weight of a generator and can break. Reach out with questions. During the week we will do our best to be available for your needs on pickup but due to work schedules it might be changed from posted times. Please reach out about pick up days to make sure we can handle your needs properly. We also offer delivery up to 150 miles for an additional fee. Even if you don’t have a vehicle to tow an RV, we still want to assist you with a great camping trip with optional delivery. Please ensure that your vehicle and receiver hitch are rated for the weight of this RV. I will include and install a weight distribution hitch for additional fee if needed at pickup for a more comfortable ride. This fits a 2” receiver hitch. Towing experience preferred but if you don't have any I will give as much tutorial as I can at pickup. This is a non smoking RV.
