This rental was accurately described, nice assortment of cookware and spices in the cabinet. Linens and towels were provided. Communication was fast and courteous.
We arrived post Hurricane Debby - so we had some issues with ants. The Cason’s were over quickly to spray and take care of the problem.

Love the house. We had lots of space for 3 adults. We will definitely book again at the same location for my stays at Amelia Island

We are older siblings, who rented the house to celebrate our sister‘s birthday. This house was perfect for our get together! Plenty of space, very well maintained, and everything worked perfectly! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the rockers, reading and talking under the ceiling fans. Plenty of shade from huge oak trees and a quiet neighborhood for walking. I can’t say enough good things about this house and the owners were so accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend it and would rent it again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area.
We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad.
Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street.

Overall the experience at this house was nice. I arrived with two co-workers to do a big job for a client. We are an IT company. The house was clean, and we had everything that we needed. The only issue I had was during our stay on one day, we came home to both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats being off. I know for a fact they were both on when we left because the house was freezing when we first got there and we didn't want to touch the thermostats. I even asked my coworkers if they had changed it and they said no. I don't know what the rules are when it comes to the VRBO but I don't like having a host come to a house when we are not there. I feel like that's an invasion of my privacy. If we do have to come back to this area again, that will prevent me from coming back to this house.

We discovered the perfect accommodations for our Coed retreat. Since 1970, our group of six Valdosta State girls have celebrated our friendship. Staying at many destinations, Amelia is one of our favorite places to reconnect. Among our favorite ammenities were the large porch, covered outdoor area for grilling, the island location, well equipped kitchen, and spacious living area and bedrooms. We appreciated the parking provided on the property. The hosts and property manager were quick to respond to our questions during booking. The home was perfect for our large group. A special thanks to the management for the attention to details and cleanliness! This spacious home is located close to all that Amelia offers. We will definitely return. A very special thanks for being a pet friendly accommodation. Beautiful home at the beach.

The home is nice and what we were looking for. My family is close by so it was an easy commute to their house. It was clean and large enough to spread out.
The decor was cute but very basic. The neighborhood was hit and miss but that is the lack of zoning laws in Florida. I wish it would have had a fenced in yard. The host had coffee and even a bottle of wine out for us. All in all a pleasant stay.
PS: VRBO map shows this property East of A1A but it is actually West of A1A.

Such a beautiful home. This was great for what we were looking for. Awesome location to downtown and the beach. The beds are probably closer to a full or double rather than queens but it was great for what we did.

The house is in fine shape, clean and well appointed. We were on Amelia Island for the Concours car show, so the location was excellent, close to the Ritz and the town of Fernandina. Everything in the house worked well and we would definitely stay there again.

I do not have enough wonderful things to say about this property! It is a beautiful home that is very well maintained! It had plenty of room for everyone to have privacy but cozy enough for family time! Several people in our party wanted to go in together to buy it! It is nestled in a cute neighborhood and was a short drive from everything we needed or wanted! We give this a 10 out of 10 stars! We will absolutely book it again! Thank you for everything!
