A vast ground floor open plan air-conditioned dining space with seating for 8 guests, plus breakfast bar with four stools, indoor/outdoor living flowing onto the outdoor dining area. Upstairs is a large open lounge space with air-conditioning, gas fire, small bar area and smart TV. Comfortable seating for 10 or more guests and flowing onto the upstairs balcony area.

A master bedroom balcony. A upstairs furnished covered balcony. A large covered outdoor dining space with gas barbecue and fully secure backyard that has direct beach access via a gate.
Linen
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
