A paradise for entertaining and dining, the patio is fully equipped with a luxurious hot tub, a stone fire pit, a gas grill, and comfy seating. Here you can savor morning coffee or enjoy a sunny barbecue with family. Even better, roast marshmallows over the fire and sip wine under the stars.
Inside, the dreamy main level offers a gourmet kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances, a dual oven, a large gas range, quartz countertops, and an informal dining area. In the den, a plush couch, a smart TV, and a fireplace make it the perfect place to lounge after a delicious meal with friends.
The sumptuous primary suite features a stone fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a sofa, a computer desk, and a private balcony with magnificent views. The expansive ensuite bathroom is luxurious with an oversized shower, twin sinks, and best of all, a soaking tub overlooking Lake Tahoe. Unwind with a calming soak after a long summer day while admiring the sunset. You’ll find additional bedrooms include children’s bunk beds, en suite baths, deluxe accents, and even more breathtaking views.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is a camera on the front of the home facing entrance.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
