Ideally located for fun and recreation, you’ll find Sky Mountain Golf Course, Fort Zion, and Grandpa’s Pond Park all within an eight-mile radius. Spend a day playing a leisurely round on a scenic course, embarking on guided tours of historical forts, or fishing and relaxing by the water. Of course, Zion National Park and Quail Creek and Sand Hollow State Parks nearby offer world-class hiking, backpacking, and breathtaking views

The bedrooms are luxurious with soft, lush linens, outdoor access, and additional TVs, while a main en suite bath provides extra privacy. There’s even a desk and office chair for those hoping to get a little work done vacation-style! After a full day of adventure, unwind in the tranquil yard, play cornhole, or indulge in a rejuvenating soak in the private hot tub. Additional amenities we love in this home include a provided Pack-N-Play, a high chair, an electric vehicle charger, and a private washer/dryer for those packing light.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
