Furniture and other items were good, but I was not aware of 3 levels. I was travelling with elderly parents and it was bit inconvenient. The unit was not equipped with AC unit. In summer the inside temperature was 75F and not that comfortable. I did not get proper instruction for check in. Only got the block number and not the condo number in the check-in instruction. It took us good 30 minutes to locate the condo in dark after multiple calls to the guest service.

The worst booking experience I have ever had. I will NEVER book with Vacasa ever again. Horrible guest service agents who answered my messages and inquiries 20 to 36 hours later. Wasting my vacation and my time on their slow responses. Each agent I spoke to contradicted the previous answer I recieved from another agent. Not one agent could accurately tell me where the pool was located when i was experiencing trouble finding it. I spent thousands of dollars on my vacation through Vacasa, and their agents repeatedly called me by the wrong name, which was completely disrespectful. I had to argue with multiple of their agents to finally reach a manager. Their guest services are a joke. Not courteous, unaccomodating of requests, did not give accurate information on amenity locations. They are by far the worst property management I had ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I would NEVER recommend Vacasa to any one needing a vacation rental. I highly recommend looking up Vacasa on the Better Business Bureau website before considering oneof their rental properties. Dont get trapped in a severely stressful and unhappy situation like I was. Comfortable beds, stylish furniture, and great shower pressure. If you are coming in the summer i highly recommend choosing a property management that will at least provide you a fan during a heat wave. Because i literally had to beg just get 1 fan during a heat wave, so i could get some comfortable sleep. Absolutely horrible experience.

We had a little delay trying to use the keypad to check in but we had the code for the back up key and used that for our duration of stay. We usually stay at northstar for so we can ski in/ski out but decided to stay at Kings Beach this time. We were about 10 min from Northstar and less than 5 min from downtown kings beach so the location was great. The condo itself is just as the picture shows. Very modern and well decorated. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the washer/dryer inside was a bonus. We will probably stay at this same place next time.
