Veering away from the party culture side of Liverpool, this apartment is perfect for families who want a true upscale Georgian living experience.
Separated between 2 floors, enjoy 2-spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped Kitchen with a dining room and a comfortable, spacious Living room to rest and recoup.

• Equipped with Microwave, Kettle, Espresso Coffee Machine, Oven, and much more.
Bathroom 1:
• Fitted with a Shower over Bath, Corner Jacuzzi Bath, Separate Shower, Toilet and Basin.
Bathroom 2:
• Fitted with a modern designed wet room complete with a power shower

Central within the Georgian Quarter, this space comes with gorgeous single-glazed windows and window shutters, giving you a taste of the Georgian living style.
Guest Access:
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.
Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
The Neighborhood:
The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. It is an ideal location for a harmonious Georgian living experience.
As you leave the front door, you are on the steps of some of Liverpool's finest architecture and the local neighbourhood stands proud in its beauty. It is just a short stroll from Hope Street and the city centre where you'll find an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes, theatres and concert venues.
Getting Around:
For parking, there are pay & display bays on Blackburne Place.
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just 2 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 17-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
Other Things to Note:
This is a pet-friendly apartment, where we can accommodate one furry friend. To ensure your pets have a comfortable stay, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note that we only accept dogs as pets.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the ground floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. It is also strictly prohibited to smoke by the main door outside, please use the back door.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note that during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours' notice of this unless there is an emergency that needs addressing sooner.

This was a lovely property in a beautiful location. House was well stocked and beautifully furnished. Beds were comfortable and with the exception of some dust which tend to build up in these old houses quickly, it was clean and sanitary. Check in process was good but there was a bit of disappointment experienced on behalves as an important meeting required us to access the property just 30 minutes earlier. After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing to find out if this was possible, we were told v.last minute that it wouldnt be but instead there was 40 or so minute delay before we could check in at the stated time. Given that request was made well in advance a bit of prior planning could have accomodated this customer request. But all in all a nice property and would defo stay here again. Thank you.

The apartment is absolutely stunning, the decor, furnishings and grandeur of the rooms. The windows in the lounge have the original shutters, the rooms are huge but still have a cosy feel because of the choice of paint colours and furnishings. The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped.
We would definitely stay here again.
