Our stay was lovely. The property is located in the heart of activity, and is extremely easy to access the local cafes, restaurants and sights. The hospitality was first rate and the room clean, comfortable and cozy. Hope to visit again soon!

Great place in the middle of Sirmione. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer
2.0 / 5.0
My family and I (2 adults, 2 children aged 14 and 16) stayed in Suite 101 in Sirmione for 2 nights.
The property was easy to book and the staff, contactable via WhatsApp, were quick to respond and very helpful in arranging our parking/transport, check-in and check-out.
The room comprised 2 queen sized beds in an open plan arrangement with a shower plonked in the middle of one. Although there is a privacy band around the shower, it wasn’t ideal for our family make-up or couples come to that - who would need to move to the other room to get true privacy.
The shower was good but fired water all over the bathroom floor. This happened a lot as the floor edging strips were showing signs of wet rot. Also, the electrical socket adjacent to sink kept coming off the wall.
Outside the bathroom, the top half of the door surround beneath the aircon was also mouldy.
Although the room contained a safe, it was very small, half an IPad width, and it was bolted to the flimsy wardrobe shelf which was completely detachable.
The room contains a fridge, which was a massive plus but the Prosecco flutes, coffee mugs and tea/coffee sachets weren’t commensurate with the number of people/length of stay. E.g, 3 flutes, 2 mugs, 2 waters and 2 coffee sachets.
Finally there was no remote control for the second TV across from the second bed.
In summary, I can see why it can be classed as luxury but ultimately I made a mistake booking this room for my family.

These apartments/suites have the perfect location. A quiet side street, a few meters from the lake, a few meters from a cofffe breakfast bar and the rest of this small and beautiful city

Nobody told me that this was not a hotel and there was no staff on site. Nobody told me there was no elevator in the building. Nobody told me that I would have to park my car far away and take a shuttle to the location. I suffered considerable confusion when I arrived in Sermione and I don't plan on ever going back there.

Great location and comfortable stay!

Sirmione's hotels are very narrow while expensive. If you don't stay long, it's reasonable to stay in a nearby city, such as Verona.

Lovely little gem in the heart of Sirmiones old town (centro storico). You are right in the middle of it, but the place is still very quiet. The rooms are very spacious (we had 2 bathrooms for 2 persons!). Cristiano is a wonderful host who will help in every possible way. We followed his advice and booked Grifo Parking for our car. 15€ per day sounds expensive at first glance but you and your luggage get a free ride to the hotel and the parking is guarded!
Staying at Luxury Suites Sirmione was the best decision for us and we will definitely come back. Gracie mille, Cristiano

Lovely property , in an ideal location, modern facilities and great shower. Bed was comfortable and reconditioning worked to keep whole room at required temperature. There were no UK channels when we stayed, but owner was due to get that rectified. Its quite compact ample room for a couple , but might be cramped for a family

The apartment is located in the very centre of Historic Sirmione so has many shops, bars and restaurants close by (The room is very quiet), the castle is about a minutes walk and the beaches not much further. The room was very clean and always smelled nice. The addition of the roof terrace was lovely for a glass of wine at sunset. The aircon in the room is also very good. Our host Christiano could not have been more helpful and was always available for advice and recommendations. He even drove us to the train station himself when we couldn't get a taxi! We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

It is an apartment. Only one unit has a balcony, not all three. Staff was only helpful half of the time.

Can't wait to stay again! Cristiano made us feel so welcome, a super host. The apartment is in the perfect location in old town. The room was beautiful and very clean. Great, strong shower, good wifi, lovely sheets, and the whole building smells good!

I had trouble accessing the place as my phone wasn't working to call, but spoke to the ppl in the clothes store downstairs who helped me.
The apartments are new and awaiting auto lock access which will make it much easier.
This room has two beds and is simply STUNNING. Its beautifully decorated and central to the old town.
