For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The AC kept the house cool during the hot week we were there. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. The house overall was a little older than expected and the drains were a little slow. Worth noting the owner was quick to offer to send someone out to fix. Washer and dryer was outside of the home in a small shed.

To start, location. My daughter is a student at SDSU, so this was close enough to be a 10 min drive, but removed from the college district. Nice neighborhood. The house itself was incredibly decorated, we all commented on how well it was it was decorated. Jacob was incredibly prepared and I appreciated the intro to property and area. The commutation I needed during my stay was very timely. I would recommend and would stay here myself again.
