The open plan design of the ground floor creates a great space for families or friends who want their own space, yet maintain a feeling of togetherness. Put your feet up with a good book in the lounge, enjoy cooking for the family in the fully-equipped kitchen or spend your evenings eating and chatting with your loved ones.
The fully-equipped kitchen, with spacious countertops and central island, has everything you need to prepare drinks and meals with ease.

The home is located just off the main road in the village of Fishbourne, located at the head of Chichester Channel, one of the long arms of Chichester Harbour. The village is most famous as the site of Fishbourne Palace, the largest Roman villa in England.
Chichester’s historic city centre is approximately 2 miles away and home to a magnificent cathedral, art galleries and shops. There is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes.
A mile or so to the west is the pretty sailing village of Bosham, with a quay, cafes and waterside pub.
Head to The Witterings (20 minutes drive) for beaches, coastal walks, pubs and fish & chips by the sea!
Getting Around:
The wider area is best explored in a car. But there are regular buses to and from Chichester, as well as a train station in Fishbourne with direct routes to London and Portsmouth. You can also explore the local area on foot or bike, with Salterns Way on your doorstep.
