Spread out over the ground floor and cozy basement area, this spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms, two sparkling shower rooms and an additional shower suite & dressing area.

There are 4 double beds and 1 single bed in the apartment, plus 2 further double sofa beds in the lounge area. They come with super comfy, deep sprung mattresses that offer a great nights sleep after a busy day exploring the city!

The apartment has a modern kitchen with all of the amenities you could need to cook up a feast for your guests. Plus a large farmhouse table as the perfect hub for any gathering!

Guest Access:
Our guests will have the whole apartment to themselves, please note the building houses 3 separate apartments and the hallways are communal areas. There is also a shared main door onto the street.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in Liverpool's famous Georgian Quarter, known for it's iconic cobbled streets and years of history - and not to mention the many TV shows filmed in the area such as Peaky Blinders and The IPCRESS File!

Getting Around:
It's just an 11 minute walk to Liverpool Central train station, or a 13 minute walk to Lime Street Station. There's plenty of car parks nearby, please do not hesitate to reach out for any recommendations! Throughout the city there are plenty of taxi ranks, or you can prebook a taxi on an app like Alpha or Delta.

Other Things to Note:
Please Note: This apartment is in a residential area of Liverpool, no events are accepted at any time. We have CCTV in the communal areas throughout the building and a noise monitor in the apartment.

We host hen and stag groups in this apartment.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the ground floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
