The modern and stylish interior has been finished to a high standard with modern furnishings, fixtures and fittings throughout. It is located on the historic and secure site of a former Hull brewery. The apartment will be exclusively yours for the duration of the stay and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable break in the heart of Hull. Complimentary on-site parking is also provided.
The Space:
This modern and spacious apartment is a comfortable home away from home and has more than enough space for up to 6 guests. The bright and spacious open plan living area comprises a comfortable sofa and smart TV, a dining table as well as large feature windows that let in plenty of light. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for streaming TV (e.g Netflix), and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs. The spacious bedrooms have large windows, plentiful storage space for clothes and comfortable double beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom has a shower over bath and includes complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. There are 2 sofa beds, for 1 person each, in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking). Free on-site parking is also included.

Guests have sole access to the entire apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the town centre within a modern and stylish development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. Hull Maritime Museum, City Hall, Vue Cinema, The Deep Aquarium, Superbowl bowling, Hull Arena and Wilberforce House and Streetlife museums are all within 10 minutes walk of the property. Hull Paragon Interchange Train Station is just 10 minutes from the property
Getting Around:
Hull can be easily navigated on foot, and you will find everything you need within a short distance of the apartment.
The main train station is just a 10 minute walk away and there are also local buses servicing the main road near the property.
Other Things to Note:
There are 2 sofa beds, for 1 person each, in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking).
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
