This family-friendly neighborhood is close to the Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve, a sprawling natural area ideal for hiking and outdoor activities. For more fresh-air fun, head to the stunning trails and vistas of Black Mountain Open Space Park. Hungry or thirsty after an afternoon al fresco? Check out local favorite Knotty Barrel, where you’ll find British-inspired food and drinks with a Cali spin. While Rancho Peñasquitos blends modern amenities with a laid-back suburban charm, residents still have easy access to downtown San Diego, which is just a short drive away.

This Blueground house has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for one month, a year, or more.
Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Parking is offered based on availability and is subject to a fee.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.
We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
