Un fin de semana CAOTICO!!! DECIR QUE EL SEÑOR DAVID INTENTO DOLUCIONAR LO QUE PUDO
La ubicación muy buena
En general ,estaba todo muy desatendido,no toallas ,no sofás o sillas cómodas ,no luz en habitación,,no utensilios de cocina ,las cadenas del wáter estropeadas ,los grifos de cocina y un baño sin mantenimiento te mojabas toda ,no había suficientes ollas en condiciones y boles o ensaladeras ,las almohadas una pena de viejas ,.Lo único bueno esque al hacer la reclamación de todo el que se encarga un tal David al día siguiente nos trajo algunas cosas y nos quiso recompensar con las disculpas ,íbamos con mi madre de 93 años y tuvimos que improvisar con cojines una especie de sofá un poco cómodo en el sofá cama que había y nosotros sentarnos en sillas que se suponen que son muy modernas,pero son duras y de metal completamente.No tiene nada que ver las fotos que hay en BOOKING,CON LA REALIDAD.ESPERO ME ABONEN MIS 200 EUROS QUE DEJE COMO FIANZA Y QUE ESTE ESCRITO NO INFLUYA EN QUE ME DEVUELVAN MI DINERO.

Globalement le séjour m’a laissé de bons souvenirs.
L’appartement n’est pas mauvais, la vue depuis le balcon est magnifique, la mer, port de mer, l’endroit est calme, la mer et les commerces sont à proximité. J’ai aimé, rien de mal à dire, sans que le train passe régulièrement à proximité et fait du bruit.
Le propriétaire n’était présente ni à l’arrivée ni au départ. Une caution de 200 euros a été demandée, nous a bien précisé que cet argent va nous être remboursé à son intégralité. Cependant, cela n’a pas été le cas : une somme de 155 euros a été retournée. Le propriétaire m’a dit qu’il avait retiré 45 euros pour stationnement de la voiture. Bien que nous l’avons garé à l’arrière de l’hôtel et nous avons payé le stationnement tout les jours et je lui envoyé tout les factures. Il m’a dit qu’il y avait une autre adresse sur les factures, pas la sienne. En conséquence, le stationnement à été payé deux fois.

Fatiguant !
L’appartement se trouve à l’aplomb d’une voie ferrée à grande vitesse. Passage incessant de trains de 5h du matin à minuit !

Cosas a mejorar
La ubicación en el puerto y vistas son preciosas! Piso es amplio y agradable, una lástima que no lo mantienen en buen estado, con pequeños arreglos mejoraría muchísimo.
Primero te piden hacer transferencia a una cuenta bancaria de 200€ en concepto de fianza (de lo que no estaba nada dicho en el Booking), sino no te dan las llaves. Lo que no me ha parecido correcto. Después al llegar vimos que la ducha tenía rota la parte para fijarla a la pared, lo que hacía muy complicado su uso. Y el botón del inodoro también estaba roto. Avisamos al propietario y nos dijo que alguien pasaría a arreglarlo. Pues en 5 días no pasó nadie y tuvimos que ducharnos aguantando la ducha con la mano...

Flat with much potential but it simply needs a lovely renovation. Too expensive for what you get.
The location is great! So is the view and the historical building. The lady managing the place was very kind and went the extra mile to make sure we received the baby bed & highchair (the owner had apparently not told her that we need it...although I wrote a message to the owner 1 week prior to our arrival). The door to the flat seems to have been recently fixed, it worked well. No open electricity plugs could be seen, but one plug seems to have just been covered up with cement (not done with attention to detail but at least no safety hazard for kids). A crack in the ceiling was fixed recently but it's already reappearing - maybe it's due to a leak of the flat upstairs?!
The train is really loud, especially in the 2 bedrooms facing the railway tracks. Communication with the owner through booking.com was not helpful. The answer was simply: contact the manager through WhatsApp (which then worked, but it would be nice if the owner also put some more effort and kindness into the communication with his clients). The check-in can only be done on a website where you have to supply fotos of passports, selfies (no idea why that was necessary?!) & signatures. Keys were in the letter box. Only one set of keys by default - you have to ask for a second set. The confirmation E-Mail upon booking a few months back had the information that the deposit was payable in cash, however the owner wanted me to send him my credit card details - which seemed unprofessional. I would have preferred to pay the deposit and the tourist tax directly with the initial booking. The official pictures of the flat on booking.com seem to be a few years old. Quite a bit of furniture was replaced (with a different style). To me there was too much clutter in the flat - not handy with little kids (we put it all decoration away so nothing would break). It just seems like the flat needs a good maintenance to upgrade it back to what it must have looked once. Especially the kitchen appliances need a lot of love (not one frying pan was intact - so we didn't cook!) The main front door to the building is a challenge to open, but after 1-2 minutes we always managed to get in. (To be fair a maintenance guy came to try to fix it but there was not much change). The shutters could not be closed properly in every room (some handles were not functioning anymore) and the shutters kept losing some pieces of black seal every day which led to sticky stains on the balconies. Would be nice if the shutters had been functional, especially to keep the heat out in the hot summer months. Only the living room had air conditioning and the other rooms get VERY hot!

Lovely building, peaceful area, great transport links, but the apartment is not suitable to rent out
Pleasant, quiet location, not far from some lovely restuarants. Easy to drive to, great train links up and down the coast. The outside roads and little port where very clean. The building that the apartment was located in was very pretty. It had 3 balconies which was lovely.
The apartment, on first glance was stunning - until you looked further. The aircon and TV controllers were absent and therefore they could not used. Not helpful in 28*C. There were bare electrical wires, there was no lighting in 1 bedroom at all. The ceiling is bowing in 1 bedroom and looked unsafe, as if it would fall done. There were bare electrical wires in this ceiling as well.The main door is a very heavy oak door, extremely tight fit into the doorframe and has NO handle inside. Making it a nightmare to get out, and we ended up compromising and using a bottle opener to open the door. This would have been very dangerous should we needed to have evacuated swiftly in an emergency. The fridge leaked all week. The kitchen extractor did not work. The bathmat was about 12 inches square with a cigarette burn hole in it. The shower was in the bath, which is fine - unless there is no anti-slip mat. So dangerous. The balcony balustrade is wobbly and would not be safe for children. Finally the owner advertises parking. What he doesnt say until a couple of days before you are due to use the apartment and then you get an email to say its 10 euros a DAY ! When you arrive there is no welcome info, no info about emergencies, healthcare, owners direct phone number, nor instructions on how to use any electrical equipment, stove etc
