It is located on the 4th floor with elevator and features a spacious, light-filled living room (south-facing).
Essentially, the accommodation encompasses:

- a functional American-style kitchen, fully fitted and equipped;
- a bathroom with shower and bathtub ;
- and a comfortable lounge area for relaxing after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and charm.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: TV, electric kettle, tumble dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, PRM access, Nespresso Lattissima One Delonghi coffee machine, refrigerator, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
