This is a two level home with both bedrooms on the second floor sharing one full bathroom. Bedroom 1 contains a smart tv; bedroom 2 contains a desk.
There is a railroad a few miles away and you will hear a horn in the distance just a few times per day
Short term rental stays greater than 29 days are welcome but not through this platform. An application and security deposit will be required. Please message for details.
Dogs are permitted with some restrictions. Please message us with the breed and weight of your pet. A $90 pet fee applies. Two dogs max.
Hot Tub: This is an inflatable tub with comfortable seating for 2. Temps are set to 102 degrees. When operating the air jet feature, temps will begin to drop within 15-20 minutes.
The hot tub is available through the month of June.
