The ‘Grand Gathering Retreat’ of Sand Hollow has it all! It is the largest home in the surrounding area and was designed for you to entertain in comfort and luxury. It is located in the heart of everything Southern Utah has to offer. This home was built for you to host and entertain all types of large groups including large family get togethers, your youth sports teams, or a fun getaway for you and all of your best friends!

This home was custom designed to be able to comfortably entertain large groups with plenty of elbow room with the largest open floor plan of any home in the area.

Parking
There is ample free parking, including 3 spots in the garage, 2 more at the top of the driveway, and numerous spots along the quiet street just outside the front door.

Pool
The cost of heating the pool at this property is not included in the nightly rate. After you book the unit, please send us a message if you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating.
The cost to heat the pool is $75/night. The pool will be heated to 85*.
Heat requests should be made 24 hours in advance to ensure there is adequate time to heat the pool before your arrival.

Local Attractions
- Zion’s National Park entrance is just 30 miles away.
- Sand Hollow State Park is just 4 minutes down the road. Enjoy your time on the lake, on the beach, cliff jumping, or hitting the dunes or slick rock on ATV’s, jeeps, or cycling.
- Quail Creek Reservoir is just 10 minutes away. It’s a great place to get out on the water or relax on the beach. It’s an excellent fishing place, and a good place to escape the crowds.
- Golfing. Grab a tee time at any of the 12 golf courses within 20 miles. 2 public, 8 municipal, and 2 private.
- Red Cliffs recreation is 15 minutes away. A national conservation area with red rock hiking trails, and rock climbing, with spectacular views.

Neighborhood
This is a brand new home. Some of the neighborhood is still being built. The renter is to understand that there is a chance of some construction noise. There is currently no construction taking place next to the home.

Things to Know
Please no shoes in the house
The pool has a safety cover book
3 nights or more, the pool will be heated for free

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
