This property is suitable for 8 guests and includes a contemporary living area, a full kitchen with an island and bar stools, two double bedrooms and two super comfy full mattress sofa beds - the perfect hub for basking in all that Liverpool has to offer.

The Space:
This contemporary apartment houses two private bedrooms each fitted with a double bed. Alongside this, the apartment boasts a spacious living area with two double sofa beds, ideal for groups to relax and unwind! There is also a travel cot in this property so that the whole family can enjoy there stay safely!
The bright, modern kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer, and all the cooking amenities you will need to treat yourself to a home-cooked meal or a delicious morning coffee. There is also a large kitchen island paired with 8 breakfast stools that is the perfect hub for your gathering.
The main bathroom includes a sink, toilet, bathtub and an overhead, waterfall shower to help you relax after a long day of exploring. The en suite bathroom is fitted with a sink, toilet and shower.
Kitted out with a large family bathroom, separate shower room, exposed beams, statement copper pieces this apartment is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern design.
This property also includes boardgames such as Liverpool Monopoly, Cards Against Humanity and more! Plus you will find a genuine Retro Roberts Bluetooth Radio!
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift it is currently out of order and does not work. This is a building management issue but please note we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay as we do not manage the whole building**

The Neighborhood:
This property, located near the Cavern Quarter, is just a 5 minute walk away from the World Museum, and a 10 minute approx to both Bold St with tonnes of restaurants and bars; a world of culinary dishes at your disposable and beverages to wash it down with and Liverpool's shopping district with even more choices or more franchised restaurants.
If you fancy seeing the many tourist attractions Liverpool has to offer, you can check out Anfield Stadium which is only a 30 minute bus ride away or, if you're looking for something a little more academically tailored, you can visit one of our many museums.
Just a short 10 minute walk from the property takes you to the Albert Dock were you can find even more shops, restaurants and activities for your group to enjoy. For our art and maritime fanatics, we have the Tate Liverpool Museum and Art Gallery, and Maritime Museum, both at the Albert Dock. You could even learn more about this amazing city by visiting the Museum of Liverpool also located at the Albert Dock next time The Beatles Museum. For the movie and TV fanatics, you can check out the grand St. George's Hall which has been used for films such as 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' and, most recently, 'The Batman'.
Please noted that due to the super central location, in a buzzing part of the city, there may be some street noise over the weekends.

The nearest train station to this property from external locations is Liverpool Lime Street which is an 8 minute walk approx; for Merseyrail lines, Central Station is the nearest station which is a 3 minute walk approx.
Throughout the city there are plenty of taxi ranks, or you can prebook a taxi on an app like Alpha or Delta.
Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 3 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
