House was great. All new -appliances, flooring, furniture etc. very nice kitchen. Three bedrooms upstairs. Only one with a Queen (as advertised). Two other rooms had doubles. Two parking spaces available. On a narrow road, I wouldn’t have parked on street. Host was excellent, very fast at returning my texts. Wifi worked great. Close to downtown. Try “Mary’s Place “ for breakfast. 3 min away. The house is in a bit of a run down area but didn’t feel unsafe at all. Nice neighbour actually!

The house definitely lived up to its pictures, but the neighborhood was worse than we expected for the price we paid. Even though we still felt safe staying there with the security cameras around the house. The house could have supplied more kitchen utensils for cooking and for the price the cable system was insufficient. Based on the house and the neighborhood the price should less.

Beautiful home. Nice and responsive Host. Everything was as pictured.

The house is lovely! it was great and met our needs this weekend. The owner went above and beyond!

Property is exactly as listed. Beautiful new, open concept home. Very clean. Nice little yard for the dogs and also is down the street from a brand new playground and big field for everyone to get some energy out.

Our experience was intuiative and simple. Propert was well appointed and priced nicely. A true value and quality outcome.
Id recommend this.

The house was very nicely decorated and looked exactly like the pictures advertising it. The beds/bedding was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was seamless, thorough and timely; which is so important and not always the case. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful and comfortable stay!

The house was newly redone. Neighborhood was in a lower income area but we never felt unsafe at all. There was a very nice park about a block away that our kids loved. Property was close to a few local breweries which was nice. Only suggestion would be to add some supplies to the kitchen as those were very limited. Thanks for letting us stay. We really enjoyed our time.

The house is a newer property that is very cute. It is in a rural type neighborhood with a trailer home across the street and not many stores or restaurants nearby. Although the house was decorated very nicely, AS SOON as we walked in the house, all three of us smelled a pungent, repulsive pets/dog type odor. It may not be offensive to those with pets, but we are not pet owners. Although we sprayed Lysol, we could not get rid of the odor. We had to open windows to get some relief. When we opened the washing machine, there were wet rugs in the washer that smelled even more strongly of the same pet like odor. There were also towels in the dryer. Although the house looked fairly clean, there were Baby roaches found in the kitchen. Hair was on the floor in the bathroom.
Admittedly, this was absolutely no fault of the owner, loud drag races took place Between 1 AM and 2 AM.. This lasted only about 15 or 20 minutes, but it was loud enough to keep us awake.
I contacted the owner the following morning and never got any resolution. The last text to me was “I will be out of pocket for the next three hours, so I will respond then.” I never heard back.
Once again, this is a cute house, but has some problems with odor, bugs and location.
I hate to be Critical of an owner because most of the time they’re doing the best they can, but I also want to be fair to those who are potentially renting a property and give an honest review. I have never before given a negative review.

Thanks for the stay
