Only when we got outside the place
1-No one guid us for check in other check out .. spend 2 hours and try to ask any one ( my family was so upset)
2- not get access car for parking, we booked 2 apartment ( as,we,are 7 person) we are sufering too much to rounding over there without access card
3- as,we have a handicap person and living room was upstair, it was a big challenge to all of us and there is no information about that when we booked
4- many dishes was not clean and still oil on it.
5- Too much nosy place ( as the place is a residential buildings with a lot of kids)
6- cupboard full with items belong to owner, we ask staff from property to but it at balcony, and other
apartment was locked 😠
7- cooling inside apartment not that much .. not come below 24 C
8-not available house keeping or call center for any emergency ... only in whatsapp and not reply before 2-3 hours
9- value very high compared with reality in everthing
10- no sign board guid people to reach the place easily ( many construction on progress )
