Meet Nomad the NoBo! This 2021 No Boundaries NB16.6 is the king! of lightweight easy to tow RVs designed for adventure enthusiasts who love off-grid sites, forest land, and road trips! This unit it just shy of 22 ft long with solar to keep the batteries charged for daily basic functions. This unit has a 280aH lithium battery with 200w solar, bluetooth charge controller and a 1000w inverter to plug in smaller appliances, starlink, gadgets etc! It also has a 12V TV that works from the batteries. We are a family and veteran owned and ran small business in Spokane! Our focus is a setup RV home on wheels with a fully loaded kitchen! (1263lbs cargo) -Our focus is a setup home on wheels with a fully loaded kitchen! See below for more details. -This single axle unit has all Wildpeak At3w all terrain tires to help accommodate forest roads and more off-grid situations with torsion axles and independent suspension. Full bathroom, full kitchen with convection microwave. Short queen 75x60” master, short twin dinette, and single wide bunks are 28"x73" long and the bottom bunk flips up with an access door! Master queen comes with mattress protector, sheet set and an all-season quilt. We ask guests to bring their own pillow please. The bunks will have a mattress protector only. - 2 20lb propane tanks, and lots of storage. Tow vehicle must have 4,500+lb towing capability. Although this RV has solar, it is not enough to fully recharge batteries, so we have a 2000w inverter generator available for off-grid rentals at $25/day which comes with 1.1 gal of fuel and a gas can. -Up to 2 dogs are allowed, and max 5 people. Pet fee $60/dog We *do* deliver to and allow music concerts, fairs, tracks, business events and private land. ---- This RV is hard-sided and will fit in *every* park, forest and campsite. It is extremely versatile! We prefer camp reservations for rentals, however due to the flexible nature of where this RV fits, we will accept an itinerary with plans of where you plan to stay instead. Be aware that a generator is required for off-grid rentals. ----- -If you plan to use the twin XL bunks, please bring a sleeping bag or favorite blankets and pillows. We supply hand soap, dish soap, and dishwashing essentials, cleaning supplies, broom and built in vacuum. Supplied: bath towel and washcloth for each person, showering soaps on request for guests flying in from out of town, and we have an extra bedding option. Kitchen is supplied with all essentials to cook including spices, oil, etc. We supply full utensils and eating necessities for 5. We supply pans and utensils for inside/outside cooking but not for direct fire cooking except roasting sticks and long metal tongs. -All of our rentals are supplied for free a 10x10 pop-up shelter that can be placed anywhere instead of an awning, and also a large weatherproof rug that is designated to be used at the base of steps of the RV for gear and shoes. We do have waterproof entry mats and can supply a protective floor cover for doggos to catch water and mud :) We do kindly ask pets to please stay off the beds. -As the only dedicated RV rental business in Spokane, Inland NW Rentals RV and more is commercially insured, and our Mission is high quality, communication, flexibility, user friendly fully stocked luxury RVs and exceeding your expectations! Pickup Rentals: Vehicle must have 7 pin wiring, brake controller, and we offer a free hitch supplied with a 2" ball. Maximum distance you may take this travel trailer is generally 12 hours away, but feel free to ask! Declarations page and ID required. Up to 2 dogs are allowed, and max 5 people. -The torsion suspension allows for rougher forest roads but please slow down to allow it to adjust. The flip-up bunk storage area is perfect for e-bikes, bicycles or scooters, Inflatable paddleboards and totes. - The unit is supplied with cleaning supplies for all surfaces including shower, toilet, counters, a vacuum and a swiffer mop. Please pick up and treat it like you want it to last for a long time, as we love it too. It is expected for the RV to be left tidied up, and some cleaning done. Laundry and a basic clean and sanitation is normal but if the unit is excessively dirty requiring carpet shampooing, stains or excessive cleaning there will be a $300 fee a deep cleaning. -Strict no smoking, vaping or marijuana inside the trailer (just keep it outside please). Fees and security deposit relinquished for odor or physical evidence of smoking/drugs.
