Located near the medieval village of Tourrettes sur Loup, Villa Oakleigh is a large villa of 290 m2 with 4 beautiful bedrooms and a spacious studio. All bedrooms and rooms in the house and studio are air-conditioned. The property offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and a glimpse of the sea. Close to all amenities and only 20 minutes' walk/5 minutes' drive from Tourrettes-sur-Loup.
The magnificent living room opens onto the terrace, garden and swimming pool. A large bedroom with its own bathroom and separate toilet is on the ground floor.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and WC, and a third en suite bedroom completes the first floor.
The garden is flat and fully enclosed, in a green setting not overlooked, with a boules area and a beautiful swimming pool (11 m x 5 m) heated (28°) from May to the end of October.
The villa is located 5 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot from Tourrettes along a footpath, 10 minutes by car from the town of Vence (where the Nuits du Sud festival is held in summer), 10 minutes from Saint Paul de Vence and 20 minutes from the Polygone Riviera centre and its shops.
