You are in the calm of the hustle and bustle of the center, close to the Bagnas nature reserve.
La Roquille beach is located 1 km from the house, 2 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike and 10 minutes on foot.
Description:
The fitted kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, very large capacity fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, gas hob, food processor, electric mixer, waffle maker and croque Monsieur.
The living room area is equipped with two sofas and the dining room can accommodate 8 guests.
1 separate toilet + 1 bathroom with window (walk-in shower).
The house is fully air-conditioned except for the studio which is equipped with a ceiling fan.
The property has a total of 4 bedrooms.
In the house 3 bedrooms:
- 1 double bed of 160 cm + 1 wardrobe,
- 1 double bed of 180 cm + 1 wardrobe + 1 chest of drawers.
- 1 double bed of 160 cm + 1 wardrobe + 1 water point.
In the studio/ 1 master suite of 30 m2:
- 1 double bed of 180 cm + 1 wardrobe + 1 wardrobe + 1 water point + 1 shower + 1 toilet
Each bed has two square pillows 65/65 cm and a duvet.
A furnished terrace with a lounge area and a dining area, gas barbecue.
Deckchairs available for lounging around the pool.
Salt-water swimming pool, 11x5m with a constant depth over the entire surface, equipped with an electric curtain.
Possibility of parking 2 vehicles on the property.
You can also play pétanque while staying at home.
A laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Dear tenants, pets are not allowed in this villa.
Deposit 3000 €.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: € 15 per bed for sheets.
For towels: € 10 per person.
Baby bed rental: € 15 per week.
For any extra request, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can best satisfy you.
The cleaning on departure is your responsibility. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this villa, the amount is 250 euros.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- TOWEL RENTAL / PERSON: €10.
