The Space:
Welcome to Villa Jaguar, a majestic Mayan-inspired haven in the exclusive community of Ciudad Mayakoba, blending cultural elegance with modern luxury. This unique property features two pools, lush surroundings, and immersive architectural details that honor Mayan heritage.
Main Villa:
A spacious living room with comfortable seating, a 65” Smart TV with Netflix, and a relaxing vibe.
Fully equipped kitchen with a purified water system, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. (4 Nespresso capsules and 2 dishwasher capsules are provided in your starter kit. Additional available for purchase.)

While there are beautiful bike paths within the gated community, please note that the roads outside the complex are not ideal for walking or biking, making a car the most practical way to explore the surrounding area. The property offers 3 driveway parking spaces and additional street parking for your convenience.
Taxis must be booked in advance (your local host can help) and the rates start from 25 usd.
Other Things to Note:
It’s mandatory to send a copy of the ID of the main guest and adult guests staying at the property. The building administration enforces the requirement to send IDs. Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
Having a car is highly recommended, as the property is in a residential area and public transportation, including taxis, is limited.

There is one main entrance to the building, and each unit has its own secure entrance.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Pets are welcome for long-term stays (subject to approval).
